I agree it needs a laundry/storage room. I hate when the bathroom is right next to the kitchen.

Love love love this!!! Add a fireplace. Instead of a dining room,put the kitchen there. Where the kitchen is,put washer n dryer, and storage closets ,freezer,and a pantry. Put an island where dining room table goes in the kitchen with barstools .

I LOVE this House It would be perfect for me alone...if i Will keep living..
A few issues for me. I'm never a fan of a bathroom door that opens up to the kitchen. If that bedroom on the bottom level is actually used as a bedroom, it could really be for only one person as there is no walk space beside the bed for a second person to get out of bed--must crawl over the top of the person that would be on the closet side. This would make a great room for laundry, storage, and the entrance to the bathroom. The roomier bedroom is upstairs in the loft, so I guess all trips to the loo during the night require a trip down and upstairs. And each morning downstairs to shower and back upstairs to get dressed? I can't visualize actually using the space as designed, but it is pretty.
Ayun, maganda po layout pero sana yung may maliit na entryway po or foyer, paglagyan lang nga shoe cabinet po tsaka may T&B din po sana yung loft. Nonetheless, maayos po yung layout at hindi nakakalito. Keep up the good work po.

I absolutely love this home! I want to build something like this on my lake property when I’m retired. I want simple but beautiful, this offers both. I guess some people don’t know about the all in one portable laundry units. If you keep a clean home you don’t need a mud room, and I see plenty of storage areas for one or two adults

Nice design. Pleasing to the eye. Two things ESSENTIAL missing! Washer dryer and storage. Full height for storage of vacuum, broom, bucket and mop, small steps. Also shelving over for small cleaning items and household storage for light bulbs, cloths, "out of reach" fluids, dusters. These things are essential in any home. Included should be a closet for ganging outdoor coats, boots and shoes. These things are so important and should be included in all quarters! 👌

Washer/dryer a must.Also microwave, and 4 burner stove top
In a tiny home one can use a portable all in one laundry system. I don’t use a microwave now so I don’t see in having one. Two burners on the stove top is plenty for one or two people.

It would be a great idea to add storage under the bed and a small linen/ toiletries closet in the bathroom. The bedroom downstairs has the potential to become a double use area by making the bed a Murphy bed to be stowed in the wall and the room can be utilized as a second office or hobby room, it would be nice to have a stowaway fold up 4’ or 6’ table that can be slid into a wall or something, or where it can have double duty for something else!

A sturdy murphy with builtins costs a fortune. SMB contractors quoted me for 200k for the set. Granted I told them to never use cheap wood/plywoods with veneer and instead go for oak but you're still gonna break the bank.
If you have plenty of money to spare then why not? If you're buying an affordable house like this, chances are you wouldn't dish out the money for a good murphy.

Yep, must have a mud room/ laundry/storage area. Cute but barly fit one person's needs. Face it, we want a liveable home and basic needs laundry/storage.

A wet bath, windows that don't open, weird wall shelf at the end of the bed in the downstairs bedroom, steep stairs, no washer/dryer. Design over function.
I thought it was illegal to have a bath opening off the kitchen? If the toilet overflows. the kitchen is contaminated.

Too many steps to go upstairs. too bad america doesnt want these houses, can be handy.
I like this design a lot! But it makes no sense to go all around the living area and through the kitchen to access the bathroom, that’s an oxymoron idea! The bathroom should have access from the bedroom, cause that’s the first place a person visit’s before going to the kitchen to make coffee or tea in the morning! The bathroom should have a second access door to the living area for guests to use toilet when needed. The bathroom furnishings are nice but the layout is backwards.

That kitchen is a NO . It's not big enough to do anything. And the bathroom off the kitchen is very bad Feng Shui. I see barely any storage , needs at least a small entryway with a closet.
A Normal size Studio Apartment, the standard was 600 - 650 sg. Feet. Trying to make it less ,even with a second level still doesn't cover the bases needed.
Is "sqm" supposed to be square meters. Because 50 m² doesn't equal 538ft²
