Shawarma, el pastor and Gyro all coming from Turkish cuisine. First Arabs learned from turks. There is no meaning in shawarma, because it is coming from Turkish word which is Chevirme. Since in Arabic they can not say Che, they called it sha.. Gyro is the same, has no meaning in Greek. And Mexicans learned this dish from Arabs. Originally this is called Doner means spinning.
And I love that they ALWAYS use woodfire with homemade stuff...

This is why I just became an Turkish Ironman in my 30s.
There is no sharpening in any of the videos you see. However, sawdust or iron powder is not removed.
This tool called Masat is used to trim the sharp end of the knife. Previously sharpened knives do not become blunt by cutting meat, but will bend and bend as you use the sharp edges. Masat just fixes that. It does not remove chips.

Not meat pizza but its "lahmacun". Different dough than pizza and the toppings of lahmacun are always same, not like pizza. I mostly eat 2 lahmacun by putting vegatables in it before rolling, with a glass of "ayran". Fuck my life I am high and hungry at 4 am.
And as always in Turkey, you barely get any meat...
