As a child, I lived in Beirut, on top of the Spinneys market building on Rue Hamra. there was a small bakery in the alley on the side of the building. Every morning it was my chore to run and get the fresh Pita bread for the day! When I heard the songs from the morning prayers at the local Mosque come over the loudspeakers, I would dress and run down the stairs and around the corner to line up and retrieve our daily (pre-paid) order! 80 years later, these are still cherished memories and I can still taste that fresh bread in my mouth!

Sanırım en çok et tüketen ülke Türkiye. Etsiz yemek kalmamış. Ülkede canlı hayvan bulmak şimdilik mucize ama nereye kadar bu böyle gider bilinmez. Alternatif başka pek et türü de yok ülkede. This one doesn't know how to cook or flip the chicken in the oven he took more than 10 chicken and didn't flip back side. What he did just flip the chicken up and down the crispy side remains the same. What is use of that if you are only one side ,how can you get more business cause customer will definitely complain. Sorry to say but this one is not professional he is a rookie means a newcomer.
The bread guy in the 50’s, was he putting raw meat on the. pizza type breads? If he was, then he lifted out the cooked breads with the same unwashed hands and sent it out to customers….no man, that’s yuck.
