Its the reason a lot of companies are moving away from checks because too many people write checks their accounts dont have the funds for because you cant account for everything that happens in the future. Promissory notes have been abused so much its gotten ridiculous at how they are viewed now.

It’s really a net $70K deal but in the book it’s a 230K one way and 300K the other way.

Anyone can write up a void contract for an apartment. When I moved once, my rental contract wasn't accepted as proof if residency, only my first rental payments were.
