Unbelievable finds. Kate your silversmith jewelry is beautiful. You are both amazing artists. I loved this video so much. Thank you for taking me with you on your adventures. Somewhere all the heads are hiding waiting for you.
I had a cat named Kitten Caboodle. She was a wonderful litter critter. That was back in 1990. Does time really go back that far??? Lol. Barb from California. Thanks you beautiful mudlarkers you! Keep it up please! Still. Barb from California
First was Milliput! Black Milliput is black, and that is something! I got some for my ebony and rosewood minnipins, and they're happy! Then there was clay silver. Clay+Silver- aha! Perfect pendants! love love love
I don't know which is more impressive, finding the Intaglio or the beautiful silver pendants Kate made from it! Your craft skills are on par with Gail and Alex!
Thank you so so much Sapphonymph that is such a kind thing to say! Kate was really nervous about showing her jewellery making and about being compared to others. She is a learner at the beginning but everyone has been so lovely and kind, she is encouraged to continue! Thank you again your support means so much each and every week! :) :)
Fleur! Fleur! Fleur! Wow - super find! All the mudlarkers will be following Fleur around now, hoping to get some of her luck. Edit: I encourage all who read this and who have enjoyed watching Kate and Fleur and Oscar and Sunny Cat - and who can - to go to their Ko-fi account and make a donation. I finally did, and it cost me less than bacon and eggs at the local diner. And I feel much better about myself.
The walk was beautiful, your talent stunning. I was worried about Jack Spaniel not getting to with Willy but he's getting better views with you! My last dog Andy looked much like Jack. When he died, I adopted 2 black and white kittens I named Jack and Daniel because of the black and white Jack Daniel's bottle! Sandy, Kentucky
All I can say is you two ladies are amazingly talented. You have so much vision, I love to watch you make your creations. My husband has even watched with me. Keep up the good work💕
Brilliant finds! Fleur, trust your gut always! Your intaglio was beautiful. Your fireman not only had his paint -- he had his arms! Kate, great detective work on the intaglio and your silver work was impressive. Practice makes perfect. xx
Ahhh thank you so much! I will always trust my gut haha :) Kate is practising with the clay and will definitely be making more things in the future. It has taken me quite awhile to persuade her to make her silver jewellery in our films so she was a bit nervous how it would be! :) :)
Oh my my… fantastic!! So glad that you found such a lovely treasure… again, more about words, letters, writing, painting… all about leaving marks… 🤩😍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Funnily enough, as you are not only mudlarks, but dumplarks too,the end of day glass paperweights are known (by people like myself, who were in the antiques and collectibles trade many moons ago) were dumps!!! What a coincidence for you two. !!!!!! Greetings from Wolverhampton in The West Midlands. xxxxxxx
When you put up on the screen that Fleur was finding your best find ever, I was mentally squealing because I hoped it was an intaglio! ❤️❤️❤️ How exciting!!! That's only the third I've seen anyone find - the other two by Si Finds in London. Kate, you may be a beginner with the silver clay, but your reproductions are still lovely. 👁️
Thank you so much! I could not quite believe it when Kate told me what it said! It is the most perfect tiny thing haha :) Kate was quite nervous about showing her silver jewellery making so thank you so much for your kind comment :) :)
The Pendants came out really nice. If you decide to sell them I would love to purchase one. The figurine that looks like a woman feeding chicken could be a Blacksmith.
To me the figure "feeding chikens", to me, looks like a smithy shoeing a non existent horse 🐎 ? Brilliant video, what fantastic lot of treasures, lots of histories. I especially love your tassie seal and hat pin. Thank you ladies 🥰💜
@@MudlarkingWithKitCaboodlers yes Nice using it with stamps also . I dabble in most crafts and trained as a graphic artist and in television operation and production also trained post graduate in I.T . Your little guy in apron looks just like the blacksmith I goggled... here is what I googled.. Vintage J Hill & Co Lead Figure, Blacksmith and Anvil, 1950s England 2.25" Tall ... It might be this one. Great finds. I enjoy your videos and the adventures you share. Happy mud larking.
That was an amazing find and surprised it has survived since Georgian times and good history. Lots of other nice finds to. That foreshore is such a good place to search.
Congratulations on the incredible find, Fleur! Kate, your silver jewelry is wonderful! Thank you for this exciting adventure. Love & All the best from Michigan, USA 🥰

That headless lead fellow is shoeing a horse. So, he's a ferrier. Congratulations on the intaglio! So many great finds! Great episode, as always! I did have an idea for Halloween. You could decorate your dollhouse for Halloween and have them set up doing a seance with a cod marble as a crystal ball, etc. I think that would be cute! Just an idea. Good luck!
