Lukas jammed with us at our studio and he is very happy playing rhythm and yes he can do exceptional lead work. To have tight rhythm is essential in any band and if Lukas wasn't already committed to this project I would have loved to snag him!
He was in Europe on tour with Jeff Loomis I believe. That's the drummer from another great Ontario band called Auras who filled in for them on this tour.
i bet hes just as good on lead....its all about personal preference with being in a band, everyone has thier own specific things to do his is being a sick rythm player.
thx dude, the sound was captured with a Zoom H1. Its better to use a portable recorder for audio that way you dont have to have a nice mic into the shitty mic pre and converter inside the camera body.

As much as Aaron is a beast of lead guitarist, Lukas also is one hell of a guitarist. Not to mention he's a tight rhythm player. TBH being a tight rhythm guitarist is as hard as being a great lead guitarist. It's also personal preference, you never know, Lukas might actually just prefer playing rhythm. :)

yes, final cut pro has a feature where it will actually sync the audio with the in camera audio.
