1984 is definitely the right ballpark for this. I can't be absolutely certain of the exact year.

Everything about the show at the Freight & Salvage show my wife and I flew up from San Diego to attend was absolutely delightful. I'm forgetting what year exactly but Rick Elmore was on trombone and you sold me records. What a wonderful night in Berkeley.
Hey Tony! You may remember me as the passenger to Modesto when you played with (??) at a beauty pageant. (mid 90's?) If I put them all in the same place, I probably have a complete collection of Suits' gig announcements, sent by you. I sure miss the annual Freight & Salvage Suits show.
