This suddenly showed in my algorithm while coding some random scripts and I also realized that most of my work are done by gpt probably 75% gpt 25% mine. This put me intro realization that what will happen when the times comes, will i still be codependent with gpt? Then I started to be scared that my degree would just be because of gpt so yeah im at my 3rd year of BSCPE and im probably having the same regrets as you did now, like not paying much attention to subjects specially those subjects that will prolly help me in the future, but you're also right that while there is time I can change that habit. Thanks for this, i might not be able to change myself right away but this helped absolutely!

Hello, incoming 2nd Year BSIT Student here. This video, rang something inside of me... At the moment, I feel like I'm not doing well enough with my studies (especially when I flopped on the 1st year's 2nd semester's final project in Java- The same project you mentioned, and we made a basic Java GUI calculator with a bunch of themes, but the calculations suck), double-thinking whether or not picking BSIT was the right choice, and... Not feeling sure if I could handle 2nd Year. This video though, it gave me some reassurance. Like, it's hard... But it won't be when you get to know more about it. I mean, while I did flunk in Java... I remembered the other time (1st Year, 1st Semester) of how proud I felt when my group got to present our Python Blackjack Game... I coded the whole thing (not bragging, that's true... And it's Python.) So, yeah... In a few days, I'll be back in class. And I hope you do well @heremyas sa mga susunod na hakbang ng buhay mo. I am currently a 4th yr in CPE and totoo nakaka walang gana ewan ko kung bakit hahahaha, 3rd year ako nawalan ng gana, laging late, absent no reason pero pinapa-tuloy ko padin, same tayo walang prof sa software design nung 2nd yr grabe napatawa ako dun. Also ngayong 4th yr na ko, napansin ko humina ako sa programming need to back to basic masyado ako na humaling sa electronics. Medyo masakit lang kasi sa haba ng panahon parang lahat ng inaral ko nawala, ngayon parang wala akong natutunan. Buti isa sa mga prof ko nag pa individual mini thesis with device i did well thank God natutulog lang pala lahat ng natutunan ko in 3yrs! Maliban syempre sa calculus binaon ko na sila sa limot.😆😅

Incoming second year CpE po ako and this video really helped me to get motivated and conscious about my studies and my future, kase this first year medyo naging pabaya ako like parang wala akong gana pumasok lagi and lagi akong late sa klase. Kinakabahan ako kasi nag remedial ako sa PHYS-E, pero hopefully pasado and sana regular parin. And sana maging maayos ang next three years ko. I was first year college when pandemic began. honestly, it was one of the hardest time of my student life. No friends, online class, and no way in interacting with others. I fell into a dark path and basically abandoned my responsibilities as a student. Ang hirap nung mga panahon na yun, of course, I'm not CPE student but I'm also in the field of engineering. bad grades after bad grades broke my confidence more and ended up leaving school. Marami akong regrets in life but what I learned is that, no one is to blame but yourself. Now I may have been left out pero mas maiiwan lang ako kung di ako gumagalaw. I'm planning to take up engineering once again (next sy) so kudos to all those who hit rock bottom and still managed to come back up. It's not easy!
sa experience ko di naman need ng grade. my tip siguro hanap ka as much as possible ng on site. hanap ka ng postings sa mga websites like linkedin, indeed etc. feeling ko mas madali nyan dahil pwede na onsite. helpful din ang pagkakaroon ng portfolio.

A computer engineering student here in the Philippines, 2nd Year; 2nd Sem. na, napunta dito ulet kasi nahihirapan na mag catchup sa iilang subject gaya ng numerical and funda elex, dahil sa work din to support myself financially, and minsan nadin mas inuuna na work kesa sa pag catch up sa fundamentals. Incoming BSCoE here. nattakot ako at the same time excited. natatakot ako kasi ilang taon akong tumigil sa pag aaral. dagdag pa na tamad ako nung HS at SHS kaya wala talaga akong alam lalo na sa calculus. kumbaga para akong back from 0. Excited, excited ako kasi tech person talaga ako. gusto ko matutunan lahat tungkol sa tech. excited akong masagot yung mga tanong ko like pano nga ba gumagana to? pano ngaba mag program pano paganahin ang ising device gamit ang programing like super curios ako. sana kayanin ko ang isa sa pinaka malaking kalaban ko which is calculus. HAHAHA kasi even na mahirap ang mga topics like progamming, embeded system, cicuitry eh feeling ko kaya ko maga excel gawa ng interested ako. kapag interesado ka sa iang bagay magiging mas madali. hindi ko sinasabing magiging madali pero mapapagaan neto ang utak mo dahil may rason ka kung bakit mo yun pinag aaralan. incoming 1st year BSCoE here. hopefuly pagkatapos ng 4 years ay makaka reply na, sawakas nakapagtapos na ko. sana. sana.

Napadpad ako dito hindi dahil kailangan ko ng motivation sa aking tinatake na course, which is BSCpe din, nandito ako dahil ni reresearch ko ang mga subjects ko sa YT in my incoming 2nd year, yes 2nd year na ako and hopefully naka survive na ako sa 1st year. But why I am here on this video and nag comment pa ako 😂, siguro this is interesting to me since I am BSCpE din, so tinapos ko naman ang video na ito, and promise na inspire ako sa journey mo ser as a BSCpe student noon to become a graduate BSCpe. We had similarities, I also failed, but in my Major in programming in 1st sem 1st year. I think, mas magandang bumagsak at matuto, kaysa pumasa nang walang natutunan. isa lang naman. research tapos mga projects na hardware like sa mga circuits and electronics. sa pinaka thesis naman kelangan as a CpE, dapat balanced yung hardware and software, so it is a machine na mag automate ng mga process ng paggawa ng scented candle using orange peels.

I'm a graduating HUMSS student, performing badly due to disinterest in lessons. I wanted to take STEM, but I practically did nothing during grade 9 & 10 while in lockdown, so my general average after that was not sufficient. I applied for an exam in our state university, did okay I guess, had an interview as I'm applying for Computer Engineering, and they told me that I'll struggle even more in BSCpE because of my strand, though they'll make an exception for me to enter BSCpE even if my strand doesn't align with it. I don't care if I'll struggle, I love this passion of mine, and no wall will stop my crazy arse 😆 ps: Please excuse my English, I don't go out much, so my Tagalog is bad, and I don't even know our local languages

malapit narin po yung ojt namin, ano pong suggest nyo para makahanap ng company na pwede mag ojt, ano po ba dapat gagawin ko, need ba nila ng grades?

A computer engineering student here in the Philippines, 2nd Year; 2nd Sem. na, napunta dito ulet kasi nahihirapan na mag catchup sa iilang subject gaya ng numerical and funda elex, dahil sa work din to support myself financially, and minsan nadin mas inuuna na work kesa sa pag catch up sa fundamentals. But of course clutch padin. Thank you for this video bro! Hope this reaches many more students and may it inspire them like how it inspired me to push through pa. Solid!!

Incoming BSCoE here. nattakot ako at the same time excited. natatakot ako kasi ilang taon akong tumigil sa pag aaral. dagdag pa na tamad ako nung HS at SHS kaya wala talaga akong alam lalo na sa calculus. kumbaga para akong back from 0. Excited, excited ako kasi tech person talaga ako. gusto ko matutunan lahat tungkol sa tech. excited akong masagot yung mga tanong ko like pano nga ba gumagana to? pano ngaba mag program pano paganahin ang ising device gamit ang programing like super curios ako. sana kayanin ko ang isa sa pinaka malaking kalaban ko which is calculus. HAHAHA kasi even na mahirap ang mga topics like progamming, embeded system, cicuitry eh feeling ko kaya ko maga excel gawa ng interested ako. kapag interesado ka sa iang bagay magiging mas madali. hindi ko sinasabing magiging madali pero mapapagaan neto ang utak mo dahil may rason ka kung bakit mo yun pinag aaralan. incoming 1st year BSCoE here. hopefuly pagkatapos ng 4 years ay makaka reply na, sawakas nakapagtapos na ko. sana. sana.

Napadpad ako dito hindi dahil kailangan ko ng motivation sa aking tinatake na course, which is BSCpe din, nandito ako dahil ni reresearch ko ang mga subjects ko sa YT in my incoming 2nd year, yes 2nd year na ako and hopefully naka survive na ako sa 1st year. But why I am here on this video and nag comment pa ako 😂, siguro this is interesting to me since I am BSCpE din, so tinapos ko naman ang video na ito, and promise na inspire ako sa journey mo ser as a BSCpe student noon to become a graduate BSCpe. We had similarities, I also failed, but in my Major in programming in 1st sem 1st year. I think, mas magandang bumagsak at matuto, kaysa pumasa nang walang natutunan. Grabe. I recently graduated nung May this yr, and then all of a sudden, way outside sa algorithm ng YT ko and this shows up. We were on a very similar boat. And I cant state enough na tamang tama ka sa concept of being brave to face mistakes and the aspect of lifelong learning. It's never too late! sa pinaka thesis naman kelangan as a CpE, dapat balanced yung hardware and software, so it is a machine na mag automate ng mga process ng paggawa ng scented candle using orange peels.

Grade 11 po ako ngayon at may planong mag CE. Ngayon wala po akong PC or laptop ba, ano po ba magandang laptop ngayon na sulit rin sa presyo po kuya?
Wala akong masyadong alam sa laptop isa lang talaga nirerecommend ko, macbook air m1 yun yung gamit ko i believe around 50k nalang sya ngayon, if mga windows i recommend dell xps

The earlier the better. Discover the different career paths you may go through when you take comp eng but first know the basics. Those basics will lead you to better skillsets. good luck

I'm a graduating HUMSS student, performing badly due to disinterest in lessons. I wanted to take STEM, but I practically did nothing during grade 9 & 10 while in lockdown, so my general average after that was not sufficient.
I applied for an exam in our state university, did okay I guess, had an interview as I'm applying for Computer Engineering, and they told me that I'll struggle even more in BSCpE because of my strand, though they'll make an exception for me to enter BSCpE even if my strand doesn't align with it.
I don't care if I'll struggle, I love this passion of mine, and no wall will stop my crazy arse 😆
ps: Please excuse my English, I don't go out much, so my Tagalog is bad, and I don't even know our local languages
