I watched this video and all the other park guides and it helped me on my trip so much. We never needed a map or anything because I knew it all. Magic kingdom is truly the happiest place on earth
My wife and I went to Disney after we got married and wore celebration buttons. We got a ton of well wishes and several extra treats but the best thing was a parody of “Bella Notte” that our cast member at garden grille sang to us. I didn’t think to record it but it was amazing, it was a full verse and a chorus but all I remember is “this is the night, the beautiful night, and they call it your aaaaaaanivers’ry……” i guess you kinda had to be there, but I cannot convey in words how great it was. Definitely one of my top five Disney memories
Rope dropping Seven Dwarfs is a no brainer. Only waited 5 minutes for it at rope drop and got right in. We were able to go to big thunder right after and got on that with only a 10 minute wait.
I think the virtual queue thing is terrible. If you really want to ride something, you should be allowed to do so, even if you choose to wait 6 hours in line. If you pay to get in the park, all rides should be available to you.
It can be bad. We had virtual queue for Rise of the Resistance it broke down we had to come back later very long line. They messed up and only gave us one return time for one person instead of two a huge mess to straighten out so stressful that it ruined that ride for us and we won’t do it again.
@@elainehill5931 do you know if rise of the resistance has a FastPass?
@@noahziegler3478 they have paid individual lightening lane which varies in price, like surge pricing. I believe you have to grab those early in the morning or else they sell out. I wish you luck!
My mom and I went in February last year, and rise of the resistance said 60min wait so we jumped on that and we waited maybe 30min!! We hit the line just right and didn't have to pay anything extra
They don’t want people waiting 6 hours in line they learned after Avatar its worth it.
Last May(2022) we had the opportunity to ride Big Thunder during pouring rain and fireworks! It was like we were in a crazy action movie with all the bangs and water pelting our faces! It was definitely one of my favorite moments is all my Disney trips!
I remember a couple years ago I went for my graduation. I got the grad cap Mickey ears and all the cast members including characters on cavalcades congratulated me and I got some free ice cream 🥰
If your only option is to rideshare from MK and you don’t wanna go to the TTC I suggest booking it for the Grand Floridian. It’s a short 5-10 min walk and you get none of the traffic usually
The contemporary is a much easier walk

We did the treehouse on our trip this year because my mom thought it was a ride. It was the first thing we did because she thought it was a ride and by the end I said “Well you can’t say we didn’t get our exercise today” my brother didn’t think it was funny but my mom agreed with me
Tip if you rope drop magic kingdom and go right to the more we call popular rides 😅 you do those first then when you feel like your done with the more popular rides go to the less popular rides like the more kid rides because kids would be begging their parents to go on the kid rides right in the morning so the lines wouldn’t be that long if you rope drop and go straight to popular rides then later go to the more calm rides
If you DO get a fireworks view table at O'hana, it is likely rude people who aren't even dining there will walk in and block your view. At least that's what happened to us many years ago. I would like to think they don't permit that anymore.
It actually baffles me how little common sense some tourists have, I hate to say it as a tourist myself but it seems like some people enter Disney and suddenly their respect and self awareness just leaves their minds. “Oh people sitting, hm yes good place to stand right in front”. Hopefully after Covid this is more closely monitored

I FEEL this, they did that to me and my wife nieces years ago. I got so ticked off that I finally had to say MOVE THE F out of the way after five times asking nicely. People do not use their heads and or feel they are more entitled to than you. Being smart and polite is becoming a lost art form.

Another tip for those who have seen the firework shows more times than they can count and are ok to miss it: Do some pin trading! Right when the crowd starts moving towards the castle before the show starts most stores will still be open and EMPTY. It's a good time to pop into the pin trading locations because then you'll get to see how the pin boards change up with all the trading that's been happening throughout the day (this only works for the boards that show the pins, not the mystery drawers). After that, then you can hop on a ride like Thunder Mountain (maybe even still see some of the fireworks from there), and then do a slow walk back to Main Street while taking pictures in an empty fantasy land. By the time you get to Main Street, it'll probably be more manageable and you can still have time to duck into the stores/do mobile orders like how it's mentioned in the video.

our trip starts the 22nd and our MK day was going to be the 23rd..! we switched our park reservations to make sure we get onto splash mountain one final time ... we're gonna be trying to book those lightning lanes in the airport that morning, lol... we just wanted to make sure we got on bc we're taking my best friend and it'll be her first visit! definitely didn't want to miss it :)
Love your videos. They really helped a lot with our trip we took last January. And here we are planning another trip for March of 23. So before our last trip I hadn’t been to Disney in 16 years. We had a great time. I think the only thing that disappointed me was a surprisingly lot of the cast members just didn’t seem to be into it at all. I’m not saying all of them. And I realize it’s a job and they’re young people and that’s how everyone is nowadays but come on perk up a little. I don’t know. That part was just a little disappointing. And not all we’re like that. Some cast members were absolutely amazing. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back

Went to the Christmas Party and the lines were HORRENDOUS. I’m pretty much done with Disney, even with paid Genie the wait was long.

Hi im coming in May - do you think Tron will also be available during Early Entry like Mine Train ? So that we would have 3 Options to go on line with Boarding Group, Individual Lightning Lane and Early Entry?
Again, why is the Park Pass Reservation not issued WITH the ticket?? How is a ticket available when the park is already full per reservations? Makes no sense.
Finally using the last of my 2020 tickets this summer!!! 😭🙌🏻

From my experience with the party (3 times) it's less crowded than a regular day but definitely not a light crowd. We took advantage of the rides because a lot of people are doing the photo ops, trick or treating and meeting with the characters who only appear at special events.
I really want to see the fireworks show and maybe try some of the food there.

Uggg...Casey's Corner! If you want a good hot dog...visit one of the carts set up through out the park. There's less wait, and they taste better. I want to do Keys to the Kingdom, but we'll have young children in our group...it is my understanding your group has to be 16+.

Silly question. If magic kingdom opens at nine but you’re staying at a resort so you get access early at 0830. If your resort bus drops you off at the gates, let’s say at 0815etc. are there going to be non-resort guest waiting in line to scan their park ticket? How does the workers know who is staying at a resort or not? Or is there a separate line for Resort guests in the morning?
I think they have a special way to know.
There’s a separate line. They have signs out to direct you. I can’t remember if I had the reservation pulled up on my phone but I do believe they scan your band/ticket to confirm.

I went in November and we did the Xmas party and when there was a parade and we got a spot just for everyone to rush over around the circle.. we could barely see or take pictures (and there was a kid on their dad’s shoulders) *sorry if this made no sense*

Sorry to those HEA fans (heading for its 3rd run) and for long cons, but HEA is out for me for reasons: Not interested and emotionless (unless you're mourning the sows you missed even when not getting a chance to see them. Similar to a current Xmas fireworks, no shoutout at the very end like Wishes, Enchantment, EPCOT Forever, to name a few. May be chickened out but music issues in parts. Makes me of becoming nightmares like "till death do us part" but still like Haunted Mansion, and the Disney Chinatown Fireworks and I'd call it as pronounced: "Heavy-ly Ever After" due to packed crowds you can' t move an inch.
With everything Royal and trying to get more magic, a slogan for WDW would've been "Home of the Royal Magic" which would've been from 2017 to 2021 until the 50th.

As soon as you have park tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account you can make park pass reservations
I booked my trip last month and was going to wait until closer to time to make the PPR but went ahead and book them a week after I booked the trip. Had no issues, our trip is in Sept 2023.
Do I need to BRING the celebration button to Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe, or do they have them there?

I am here now and the train is open.
I would avoid standing directly behind or near the partner's statue unless you are in front of it. Some guests are very rude and stand on the statue edge to get a better view but end up blocking everyone else's view. This is happened to me before and it really ruined the show.
Just don't stand in front of a seated group, ever.
How on earth can a Disney vacation be enjoyable? Particularly if you're a hard working father with limited vacation? Your 'advice' sounds more like a war plan. Nothing that approaches enjoyment. It's awful.

The best guide for Disney is don't go. Save your time and money there are much cheaper and more fun places for a great family vacation.
