  • In one of the previous videos, someone commented that I didn’t go over the rear coilovers and coil towers. In this video we go over a few clips I filmed while installing the coil towers as well as a complete over view with measurements! As always, please comment, like, and subscribe!

Thank you! It’s been quite the undertaking so far. The Cold weather has been killing me! Best of luck with your build and thanks for the support!

You mentioned cutting out the rear body mount sections on the rear floor crossmember, are you not running body mounts in the spot now or did you male new mounts in a different spot? I accidentally broke a bit off in my rear driver side so was curious if I could just run it without that body mount bolted down.

My most recent video with the tub on might be a better visual representation than me explaining it but here goes: the rear most body mounts (where the bumpers at) I am not running, I am running the two body mounts that bolt into the bracket that the rear shocks and gas tank bolt too. I just made a new frame section without the shock mounts etc and I completely rebuilt the tub floor with that crossmember. You could cut or drill from the top of the tub down to where the little threaded plates are that that body mount bolts into and then just put a new bolt and nut there. They are just little threaded 1/4” squares sitting in that cross member. Hopefully this helps explain a little bit I do have a video on the rear floor and the tub back on that might help paint the picture a little better!

In my area Costco has nitrogen tire fill areas, not sure if it'd go up to 150psi, and not sure if it works in the shocks, but an idea?

Never thought of that!! Definitely worth looking into. I have a speed shop in my town I’m hoping will do it. If not I am considering renting a bottle from air gas and filling myself. I’ll look into Costco though, maybe they’ll do it cheaper 🤣🤣

@YelloJeepin by me it's across from the tire shop, next to the propane and you can just pull up and use it.

Oh nice! I live in the middle of nowhere so the nearest Costco is 45 minute to an hour but I’ll scope it out first and see
