Hi. Thanks for the well done instruction. I noticed that in the first instance you show the VRM screen there is no "remote console" menu item in the black list on the left of the screen. However, at the end of the video that menu item is shown. What have you done to get that menu item "remote console" to show? Best. Silvano
Try reviewing this portion of the video. If we understand your question correctly, and if you have already set up your VRM account, following these steps should successfully add your device to your account: th-cam.com/video/dZv70B-pFKg/w-d-xo.html If that's not the info you're looking for please let us know! You're also always welcome to give us a call, sometimes walking through those steps is easier over the phone! (800) 383-0195
Thanks, I have seen that. I will have to check if that "full access" is granted. If not, I will try to rectify that. If it does not work, I might delete the account and start all over as per your video. Best regards from Switzerland, Silvano

Hi there. I solved the problem of the missing "remote console" menu in VRM by deleting my VRM account and setting it up again. Now it works.
@@silvanocometta9760 Hey! Glad that you got that sorted out! Let us know if you need anything!

Oh cool, so if I buy into Victron, I have to purchase additional expensive add-ons as well. Fix your Charge controllers 3 foot bluethooth range.
