This was really great! So good for stopping and learning what each trick is called, i really love to study that! Can you tell me why 42 is called a fakie fs axle stall? I know it gets complicated once things are fakie. I would have thought this would be a fakie BS axle stall. Can you explain it to me please? thanks so much! ANd thanks for this great video! It shall be my reference to learn from!
same with fakie fs rock. i would have said bs. So if its fakie does that mean its called the opposite? I tried to remember fs and bs by thinking: if my frontside faces up the ramp, its fs, if my back turns towards up the ramp its bs. Is that different with fakie tricks?
You are very observant and logical, because those are the only tricks in this video that don't have a consensus on how to refer to them, and you pointed them out right away. Very nice! And you are right, if the obstacle is on your frontside when you start the maneuver it's frontside, and the same for backside, but with these particular tricks, the obstacle starts out right at 90°, right on the dividing line between frontside and backside, so my intuition tells me to revert to the definition that doesn't consider an obstacle, like on flatground. So I figure, if a fakie frontside 180 on flatground is the same rotation that I'm making during my fakie frontside rock n' roll and fakie frontside axle stall, I'll refer to them as being frontside. But like I said before, there isn't a consensus, so either one can be 'correct,' which also means both ways will be ambiguous, so it's always a good idea to clarify the rotation when discussing these ones. Anyways, keep up the good work! 🤙
@@NeverStopImprovingSB oh hah! I’ll give myself a pat on the shoulder for that then😂 so some people call them fs and some bs yes? Can you tell me the thinking behind calling it fs?
Heck yeah! I always feel like when I go to play someone in S.K.A.T.E. I only remember like 3 or 4 tricks that I can do, but then when I actually sit down and make a list it's like way more than that! 😂
House park is so ridiculously good for this type of stuff. I moved to OKC and while the street section of Hoffman is nice, it just ain’t the same man! I miss it
i would recommend rock to fakie, rock and roll and switch rock first, they may look hard but are relatively easy. once your comfortable with them try axel stalls on a smaller part of a quarter pipe if you can find one, it takes a lot of confidence for it but feels like a kick turn in the end!! hope this helped
I agree with chloee, rock to fakie and rock n' roll (and fakie tail stall/drop in) are the first ones and are easy enough for a beginner to start working on. Nose stalls are a little harder but if that's what you decide to practice, they'll come quickly and easily enough. Oh and another really easy one is the slash grind!
I LANDED MY FIRST OLLIE TODAY ON THE CONCRETE WITHOUT HOLDING ONTO ANYTHING, AND I LEARNT HOW TO RIDE OFF OF A TALLISH CURB😎🙏🏻 Edit: Ty to everyone who has congratulated me!

Nice man👍I'm still working on my ollies and dropping in lol one thing that I ABSOLUTELY want to get down are my "no complies" and "walking the dog" I have always thought those were simple but cool tricks and boy was I wrong about the simple part lol love the vids and tutorials man keep em coming🤙✌
Nothing simple or easy about a straight up no comply! You're a legend for going for that one 🔥 Walking the dog isn't too bad, you just have to be committed to practicing it enough so that you can develop that sort of balance.
I am skating "seriously" for 4 years now, also on transition every now and then and only tricks I can do are rock to fakie, BS 50-50 and tail stall... From trick 10 onwards most tricks are nowhere near "beginner" tricks...
I wanna skate so bad but I just don’t have the balls to go out there and skate, I just feel like everyone is watching me and I’m embarrassing myself. Does anyone have a private skatepark I can come and skate privately.
One trick I've found is if you go to the skatepark during the weekdays when it's early in the day (like before 9am), a lot of the time they are completely empty! However, you really don't have to worry about that even when people are there, they are all thinking the same thing!
1:10 the trick goes with beat so clean
I didn’t know that there was *this* many tricks you can do without an Ollie.
Haha I definitely had to pull out a few rare ones but yeah I was surprised too! Thanks for the support dawg 🤘
Same man!
Great list, Justin. I love miniramp trick combos - so much fun.
Dude, this reminds me I still need to try your rocking horse trick! Next time I'm at the park for sure.
Now to wait for that guy who says these are fake tricks or something.
They lurk in the shadows but they will come out SOON! Guaranteed haha
omg dropping your board into the drop in position was steeeeeezy 😎
It's all for show! haha I had to try that like 4 or 5 times on camera before I got it right 😂😂 (but thank you!)
I practiced this a lot to help with the feel of landing a no comply tail stall on coping.
Love this video I have just got a skateboard and now you are the only TH-camr I ever watch you are so good
Another class video
You rock, thanks dude!
Can you please do an extended version of this video where you teach us any of this tricks? In a minute for every trick can be a greater video 🤘🏻🖤

These are not what I would call “easy” but great video of mini ramp tricks!
Excellent job syncing the music with the skating!
Haha thank you so much dude!
1:06 perfect tailstall on the beat
Gonna try 'em all! Thank you!
Woohoo very nice!

Which ones are you the most interested in?! I want to make some tutorials but I'm not sure which ones people like the most...

Tips for dropping in because I flopped today on the concrete haha
Hi there, I am looking to learn some of these tricks, would axel stalls, nose stalls and tail stalls be easy enough for a beginner?

I think I will start with gaining the courage to even go on ramps😅
Same
Wich wheels do you use (idk if it makes sense but like - 101a , 53cm or something like that)

They would probably be the next tricks you would learn on transition
Also if you only skate transition every once in a while, you probably won't be able to do all of these tricks yet. It takes time and practice
Do you know all these trick names when you come up with them, or do you have to look up the name sometimes? XD
