I hope this helps you and inspires you to try something that you’ve never done before! All these tricks are super fun even if you don’t need to ollie for them. Hopefully by now you have a bag full of tricks to challenge your friends with! Please do me a favor and share this with someone who’s just getting started and if you’ve been skating for a while this will be some great switch training! Love you guys, keep shredding! Keep practicing and don’t give up! 🌊
I never skated until I saw one of your videos. I just started 2 days ago and your tips really help. I just got home from skating and I just want to thank you for teaching me
This really inspired me to get back on my board. I started getting depressed again and didn’t touch my board for weeks. I saw this video and now I’m back on the grind.
Out of all the videos I’ve seen where they show the best beginner tricks, this one is the best. None of them show stuff like this and this will help a lot of new skaters get used to the board and learn to commit.
I just learned the casper half flip tonight. Eventually going to work my way through this whole video. Thank you for the work you put into making these videos. I'm just learning to skate at 35 years old and your videos have been a big help for me.
Despite 7seven-ish months of practice proper good height ollies have been a stubborn trick for me to get. Thanks a million for giving me some really interesting tricks to let me keep improving my balance and board control in some other ways as I continue to fight with the ollie.
to be honest...you gave me the confidence to Skate ...the place where i live there are no skateparks and there are only a few skaters ...so it was hard to learn without anyone teaching me but your videos helped me a lot and I really really thank you and Stay safe live long ♥️♥️
Great tips, bro! I am a 46-year-old getting back on the board after a 28-year break! It is NOT like riding a bike, plus I was not the best skater when I skated as a kid!! I'm going to work on all of these tricks! Thank you!
Same here. I could ollie, ride on 50-50, and slappy nose/ board slides. That was it. First time I do roped on my board after 20yrs I just about ate it. Rolled way easier than I though 25yo bearings would, haha. I wish I got back on sooner though
this is super helpful. I've been having a hard time committing when learning shuvit. I'll learn these tricks as progression to get more comfortable on the board and get to shuvit

Really love your content. It's thorough, workable, and inspiring. And I really love your voice texture as well. Hhhh. Made the tutorial video more delightful apparently.
Hi. I just got a skateboard for my birthday so I wanted to learn about it! other videos were too complicated and boring! so I found your videos! these videos are really useful! thank you for teaching!
Hey, thank you! I am from Russia! And thanks a lot for you're teaching me for skating! From other country, it's so hard to explane, i mean this feelings.
I just learned the half flip I’m putting this comment here so after a few months when someone likes or comments I can see how much progress I’ve made and what trick I’m learning then ❤❤
im an absolute beginner and most of these videos are just so gimmicky, these really do look pretty cool and i feel like they truly do help you getting Comfy on Catching the board and so on, absolutely gonna try some tricks tomorrow morning thanks
@@ashjones-zc5dt well... i tried dropping into a ramp, didnt lean forward fast enough, and gotta wear brace for a few weeks 💀💀😂 Lesson learned, protectors ordered, luckily the Tendon didnt snap, just hurt
@Clemensn Youch, You ok? Maybe when you next get on the Board make a small ramp and slowly go down it? It's what I'm doing at the moment, I have a shed with a small slope I use to kinda build up courage to go down a bigger one, Hope you make a speedy recovery
@@ashjones-zc5dtye turned out its just a Bone bruise, nothing to bad, should be just fine in a couple off weeks, we gonna conquer them damn ramps one day mate
@Clemens Yes 👍 Let me know how your skateboarding goes when you get back on, Also, Do you have skate gear? Like a helmet, Knee/Elbow pads and wrist guards? I have some that arrived.... A week or less ago? I dunno but I have them, If you don't I recommend getting some
Thanks for this man! I grew up skating, but it's always nice to go back to basics and enjoy the feeling and motions. Just got a board again after 15 or so years and found your video. All of these are a perfect way to warm up and practice board control too. Looks like Vegas from all the power lines in the back 😆
Good vibes, man. I just pulled off an underfoot. Wow! The one foot trick really does help build confidence. Helps your brain reconcile the amount of force needed to make it rotate 360 in a more controlled way. I'm amazed I can pull off a slightly scuffed versions of the casper half flip, too.
bro you are acttualy making the best content ever like ive been watching you for a long time before you were this much popular and that stuff you are the best bro like you just got my summer better thank you so much😁
i did the first flip 00:50 and feel very proud of it!! i was very scared of doing it without holding anything and i even fell, which hurt quite a lot as i practice in a cramped space!😂 but i'm very motivated to move forward:) and i understood that there is no need to really rush your ollie, so i'm learning these tricks as the "basics", but practising my ollie on the side a lil too.
I just started skating and found your channel, it's been Abt a week and I only just started being able to kick off and even then just barley lol I can't put my foot back on the board yet
1:04 i want to note: make sure your feet are spread apart!!! this goes for any trick, but if your feet are too close together in the middle, the sudden weight on the middle of your board can cause it to snap.
@@yaboyaustin1722 lmfao dude it took me 6 months to fully recover.😭all fine now but i couldn’t walk for the first 3 days, i went to the doctor in the 4th day and turns out that i tear my tissue so badly…for at least an entire month my ankle was screaming PURPLE💀💀but yea. I’m never doing skateboard anymore i am traumatized enough…
some actually easy tricks, very good compilation, but can you do a few tricks to do like between ollie, shuvs and kickflip, fs/bs 180s? would be lovely, i just dont know what to do if not practice flips :/

One of the best beginner videos i've seen. Doesn't start with suggesting you do a fucking ollie, but doesn't suggest overly simplistic shit either
This really inspired me to get back on my board. I started getting depressed again and didn’t touch my board for weeks. I saw this video and now I’m back on the grind.

I remember my first learned trick... The *half flip* ... Then was such good times, but now's better with ollie while moving 😉
