A women shouldn’t show her hair and neck. Meaning he isn’t wearing it like a women. I believe it is a cultural scarf that the Arabs wear its form of modesty and hijab. May Allah guide and keep us steadfast.
@@Ceehm4832 thanks for your explanation. I guess you’re right. It must be cultural. But the first time I saw him, I thought “a man with a beard wearing hijab!!!”. I was shocked. I thought this was some sort of distortion and mocking of the religion. Because sometimes he wears something under the scarf that cover his hair too. And the both ends of his scarfs usually have decorations. And sometimes he covers his neck as well. It’s unusual. I’m not familiar with this kind of covering of the head for men.
