word of crota (adept) can get 96 range with an adept mod and killing wind active, which on d2foundry is nearly 39m
Posterity doesn't get or need the adept mod and reaches 94 range or 38.5m
Sightline Survey can get 89 range with killing wind getting it to only 36m and with keep away it goes down to 35m at 81 range
True but killing wind activates after a kill. This 180 has a range perk active to help you in combat within that moment for 1v1s
If you using Storm Edge with Arc Weapon unFlinch aim, might be the best options to use, if only is 140 or 120 rpm
I love how when you stop firing, it low key sounds like a blaster from star wars.
If you use Mask of Bakris with this roll it lets you 3-tap all resiliences it's kind of nutty!
(Reaper + 2x arc surge then lets you keep it going for longer after you get a kill)

I love Frontier's Cry a lot. I don't have a great roll with this yet, but it's easily my favorite sounding gun.

Thats a glitch we use it on pve alote the npc only target to your head so if half or more than half of your head its glitch in a wall theres no hit box to hit
I literally don’t think I’ve ever used a 180 in crucible, but if I get the pattern for this then I may try it
Is there any reason for 180s to have such little handling? I feel like they could def juice the handling on 180s across the board, like up to 60s and 70s instead of 20s and 30s. They still wouldn’t be great but at least not feel so slow to use
180s are a power crept relic of old destiny that Bungie has forgotten about unfortunately

@@Efsneonheartsif they increase to 200 rpm, they’d have to do a bit less damage tho so they don’t get such fast TTKs just from radiant and similar damage sources. 3 taps at 200 rpm would be very fast
@BuffGenji if they increase it to 200 rpm. It will just be a faster 4 tap. They are experimenting with damage perks right now, so as they stated previously they might put magnificent howl on a 180 soon as well. It all depends on how the archetype is treated. Which in that sense it definitely needs buffs and some changes

I’m good with sidearms and kinda ass at hand cannons. This feels like the perfect in-between for me. This gun smokes.
My old service rovolver with outlaw & rampage three-taps pretty consistantly. you need that rampage to proc to get the tier 5 res 3-tap, but that is pretty doable.

Crafted one with Keep Away and EOTS and it's Great for PvP. Have to agree with you, the Best 180 for PvP.
One thing i find extremely comical about the hate that 180s recieve in pvp is that if you were around during the Not Forgotten/ Luna's Howl days before the chage to their rpm as well as the Magnificent Howl perk rework 180s were top tier meta choice and those 2 specifically legit just made the game feel like pve while u were in pvp it was such a problem they changed the guns rpm completely on top of when they un did sunsetting and brough Lunas howl back they changed the perk because it was too strong ive always loved 180s just gotta learn how to use them and i committed to that back in those days and still dont understand why the hate for them is still so normal

Its funny as someone who whole heartedly enjoys 180 rpm hand canons this one is very good in pve but i still prefer my rapid hit kill xlip survivors epitaph for pvp i land 3 taps far more often w it than i do w my sightl8ne survey but i will need to try it again as i still need 1 more red border before i can craft it

@@groovydolph yeah I've got a few of these guns, it's my favorite 180 HC explosive payload/ ensemble and a shoot to loot headstone and another encore also with explosive payload lol I just kept buying the good ones from banshee. I believe my first one came from dares tho and don't sleep on adagio with 180 HC.
That perk isn't that good on most weapons but for hand cannons it's good cause we're used to 140's and instead of a 4 tap it turns into a 3 which makes it feel much more dominant in any gun fight.

I mean on eventide with a 70 range slide shot rose I had full dmg falloff and the other guy got a 4tap on me because I knew he had a 180 and I was like yeah, I’m just gunna ape his team mates nearby who are in a 2v2 since I’m going away from him and he has a 180 hc. But nah….. I rewatched the clip and I took no dmg from anything else and only left cover once I had full health.

Seems decent!! But no matter what weapon u use in trials.. the Kovhostov still wins the encounter sadly enough. Every time bingie comes out with an update or new gun, it's so damn unbalanced and overpowered. Annoying.
Frost nooooooo. I know some people have made videos on it already but I love this gun and it’s been kind of staying under the radar so far and after this I’m afraid people are going to start running this a lot more.

180s are horribly uncompetitive... Slow base ttk without the peak shot benefits of 120s or 140s on top of having just worse stats

Yes, yes it's an awesome 180rpm. My biggest problem with it though? It's not a 120rpm 😭😭😭
I was really hoping we were gunna get a top tier 120rpm after Igneous was removed from Trials. Add a Craftable 120 with jacked stats that only get better the more you use it! Although we do have Echoes 2 & 3 to come so maybe!!?!
Will acts 2 and 3 release more weapons? Or just more story content?
The next two acts don’t have anymore hand cannons, there is a craftable two burst pulse tho
