The Federal Government is paid a fee ? WHY ??? Since when is it O.K. for the Federal Government to "OWN" ANYTHING ? Much less charge WE THE PEOPLE, who are citizens of the many states in our Representative Republic in which are found these areas, for it's use ??? States Rights are not to be fiddled with, just like the First Ten Amendments, and pretty much for the same reasons.
