Imo i feel like he was easier then ultron since youd need to throw 3 different specials just to ramp. Fighting modok for the first time you wanna get 5 of your raid buff choice that you chose (for me it was intensify from intercepts) and then complete as many missions as you can to ramp the role charges. On your next run you can focus on damage. Repeat the process and do 2 missions instead of constantly doing them. Just focus on attacking whilst the orange role force is active and do missions when/just before it expires.
Idk if you will see this but i figured out that triggering the undermine right after sp3 works out to where the sp2 will hit all the hits, if you got knockdown prompt then sp3 will trigger and it still works out

I made 61 million points in whole raid with using Hulkling and counters modok easily too

The 10% damage cap is soo dumb and annoying
Its 12% now and it is so much better than when Raids first came out. This new update with MODOK in Raids needs some tuning tho
