Thank you for posting this wonderful video, it revived some of my memories of the institute in Pune. I was going through depression and was told that yoga would help. Guruji assured me that he would cure me of my depression and he did. I would go to the institute 3 times a week after work and he made sure that I did the yoga postures under his and Gitaji’s supervision. I will always remain indebted to Guruji 🙏and Gitaji🙏. They were a blessing for me.
