Here's some informations about the system used in the house and their average price.
-Propane instant hot water heater - JohnWood JWT-140H-P : 925$ CAD
-Ramblewood Green LPG/Propane Gas 2 Burner Cooktop, GC2-43P : 245$ US
-Water Pump SHURFLO 12V : 115$ CAD
-HRV System for tiny house by Lunos : 1750$ CAD
-Solar panel from HESPV about 1$ per watt CAD but seriously any company will work and I think 1$ per watt is a good price
-OutBack Power Contrôleur de charge FM60-150VDC FLEXMax 60 : around 600$ CAD
-Kisae KI-SW2012-55 Sine Wave Inverter/Charger : around 850$ CAD
-Voltium Batteries 12V 300A - Self Heating/Bluetooth : 3200$ each CAD
-Diesel Space heater : 240$ CAD
Sunmar composting toilet : 650$ CAD
For me, the ideas in th-cam.com/users/postUgkxAfqpMLyFn37qcqUl0FAzqkkycQeXqrhP Plans were a starting point for building different sheds . Ryan gives ideas that allow an individual to draw nicest conclusions into the design and building of his or her own shed.
Yes wood shed is water proof and water shed is water and weather proof

I love that you didn't cut any of the questions you had for the camera person, those situations made your video fun to watch! Your English is better than my French, and I'm French Canadian! I did have to giggle when you asked if you could say 'hose'! You need to get yourself a couple burros or llamas to help carry up your groceries and items you bring in from the city! lol I'm trying to convince my husband to scale down and move away from the neighbours too!

Quand vous parlez des maisons de pêcheurs en bardeaux de cèdre, c'est exactement dans une de ces maisons que j'ai grandi et que je recherche aujourd'hui, même si les hivers là-bas ne sont pas toujours faciles à vivre.
