Cynthia started her career in the USA as a teacher where she quickly established herself in the team as a curriculum developer and trainer creating improved materials for global roll out. She moved her career to Germany where she leveraged her business interest and commercial awareness to set up her own businesses. As an entrepreneur Cynthia spotted gaps in markets and worked to fill these always building great personal brand and getting a reputation for excellent client management. The five years she spent as the director of her own company in Frankfurt provided her with a wide range of skills and experience in performance management, strategy, sales and marketing.
After moving to the UK Cynthia was drawn back to her passion for helping others achieve their potential through coaching and training. She became associated with Mind Gym where she was accredited to run their programmes and did so successfully in hard to reach communities in London. She was promoted to Super Coach status after just 3 months and then extended her portfolio of programmes to become a business coach. She has been running sessions for the last 2 years across different industries here in the Middle East.
Cynthia has a strong and in-depth knowledge of performance management, personal effectiveness, goal setting, communication and leadership and has worked with both individuals and teams to enhance performance through improved leadership.
Cynthia’s 15 plus years working in multi national environments both as a company director and as a business coach and trainer makes her uniquely qualified to know what business success looks like and importantly how to deliver that knowledge in a way that is relevant, practical and energizing. Cynthia is a popular trainer who has a flair for instilling confidence in others, empowering and inspiring them to succeed.
