- The plaintiff, a chef, says his ex-wife owes him money because she stole his pots and pans when they split up, so he’s suing. The defendant claims her former husband bought those pots and pans for her. The defendant is countersuing for money she says the plaintiff owes her for driving him around and supporting him during their marriage.

To sue someone for taking them places while they are ill is heartless. Just don’t do it if you don’t want to. She didn’t even have a reason for not giving him the cookware. She don’t even use it she just didn’t want him to have it.

She couldn’t even come into court in a presentable way: she was vile, nasty, rude, angry, and confrontational to a judge. If you can’t see how evil this lady is, that’s a red flag on you.

I don't know why she was so happy for "stealing" cookware knowing the cost was over $3k and only paid $100 for them. That's stealing.

The Plaintiff dodged a bullet by divorcing her. She’s a narcissistic, bitter, evil little sociopath. She probably stopped liking him because his health failed and she had to do things for him and he was no longer the financial provider she wanted for her and HER KIDS! She clearly just wanted a man to take care of her kids. She’s a disgusting and vile person. And then to sue him because she, HIS WIFE, had to take care of him and drive him around a few times? A mess. Then she’s petty, mean-spirited, nasty, and confrontational. Oh no. He definitely should count himself lucky that he got out of that “marriage” as soon as he did. She’s horrid.

Maybe it's just me, but the plaintiff seems to be doing quite well for someone with "failed health". He's working as a sous chef, strong on those crutches, and appears to have a great attitude. Kudos to him!
She really ended it with him because she wasn't meant to be a wife. A wife should be taken care of her husband and all of his medical needs and vice versa! With unconditional love nothing needs to return!

The defendant is so mad at her ex but doesn’t want to say why. The way she laughed when she got out in the hallway really shows what kind of person she is. I’m sure they both contributed to the marriage ending, but I think he is the lucky one to escape her. She doesn’t even realize how bad she looks for keeping the pots & pans without paying the bill, and then laughing because she won in court. She is incredibly immature.

What troubled me the most is she is suing him for driving him. This was due to medical issues he had. Doing that is common decency and has no dollar value.
The man is handicapped and survived his medical issues. He is working and staying strong. I commend him for that.

I have Cook World pots and pans from the same bridal type show. Spent that same amount and they are the greatest! Had them since 2015.

There's an 8-piece set of Cookworld cookware on ebay for $386. Expensive, but at least it's not $3,000. He should find a set like that and move on. Defendant is super petty. And I think she kicked him out because he became disabled. She resented having to drive him to doctor visits & wanted him to pay her for that? Yikes.
Cold hearted, and laughing about getting all the cookware at the end---while he pays for it, since it's on his credit card & not included in their divorce settlement...which really sucks for him. I hope he's doing better now.
