Looks MUCH better in red than the old blue I have. As part of an overhaul of mine I may well swap the stickers for these red ones and add some struts to give it a more scale look. I dont think there are many planes that fly as well as Timbers. In safe mode you can do lovely scale like rudder only flat turns and it will absolutely defy gravity!

Already out of stock. I have its brother Timber with slats and really enjoy the handling. Loading from the bottom as you say is a PITA but the rest of the plane makes up for it. Hopefully their prices will come back down where they were before the virus and more people can afford it. Otherwise its price gouging in my books. Great flight and the zooming was extrodinaire. Blaz must get one of those cameral support devices that he wears instead of holding. Salute to my brothers RC/USA

Full control at the radio signals as inverted flight wonderful in action. I was surprised at the speed, as with flaps down....slowing to a great landing. An interesting and colorful model. Very nice to see in all performance and well capture to video. Thank you for the view. M.

I'm glad I waited for the NX8 radio instead of jumping on the NX6. I think I'll eventually get this plane after another trainer (Aeroscout or Carbon Cub S 2) and I'll be able to use the reverse thrust feature. Robert, if you're not using SAFE don't bind with it and then wouldn't that allow you to then have reverse thrust using your NX6?
The Timbers are Great aircraft my first one is still in great shape after years of flying just a relaxing plain to fly. Great Video! I think you will find that plane to be capable of many simple aerobatic stunts such as slow rolls, loops, inverted flight, stall turns, rolling circles, and maybe even a knife edge. I would not add the slats. Pilot Robert is landing on the magic carpet more now than ever! Great camera work, Capt'n Blaz! It's been over 110 degrees fahrenheit here for last few weeks. Just to hot to fly. Planes don't do well and we don't either. Hoping for cooler weather. Was only 105F today.
Hi guys…..question: In the RC car and truck world we usually run our lipos down to about 3.6 volts per cell. I was wondering why the RC plane community stops flying when there is still a good amount of fun left in the batteries. I do realize the consequences of running out of juice in the air, ……do you always stop flying around 3.8 volts per cell or do you take it lower once you get the plane all dialed in? Cheers, Kevin
If I would buy a high wing plane right now it would be this one without a doubt. It seems so stable in the air, beautiful turns and extremely good slow flying.
