I would think that the simplest way to describe the monkey miraculous is that it can mess up the power of the one who touches the object. pretty handy tbh but not really used that much. hope its used more in s5!! so excited

The monkey is chaos!
It’s also interesting because in miracle queen we learn that the uproar object can touch something indirectly tied to someone to mess up their powers, as we see it used on ladybugs lucky charm instead of her and it still disrupts her powers, including the powers of the dragon miraculous she was also wearing. With this logic, every time an akuma is hit by uproar it should also disrupt Hawkmoth, including any additional miraculous he’s wearing such as the peacock. This probably wouldn’t change much aside from preventing Hawkmoth from communicating with the akuma and probably would prevent him from removing their powers (which he doesn’t do anyway), it could also cause him to hear everyone’s feelings like seen in risk but without any control or ability to turn it off, which wouldn’t effect the plot much but would really suck for Gabriel. I don’t see a reason why they couldn’t show this happen, since the plots of the episodes wouldn’t really change and it would all be fixed by the miraculous ladybug anyway, just a small scene of Hawkmoth having his powers distorted when uproar is used would be funny and interesting.
@@aceofspades8474 this would be good if this is the case for next season if Monarch(hawkmoth) wears a miraculous and gets uproared and who knows maybe if he’s wearing the fox he starts seeing illusions.
Gabriel being shocked to feel joy coming from Adrien’s room instead of despair is funny but also really sad

Monkeys are symbolic of mayhem, so the Monkey Miraculous grants the user the power to disrupt other peoples abilities.
The Monkey Miraculous owner twirls and tosses the Ruyi Jingu Bang into the air, summoning a toy-like object.
The toy is then thrown at or otherwise touched to the target, and, upon contact with anyone other than the Monkey Miraculous owner, will cause the victims abilities to malfunction.
It's a really great anti-miraculous power

It is really weird the way that the butterfly miraculous seems to need butterflies to work while the peacock can just pull feathers from the fan. It seems like butterflies would naturally flock to the butterfly holder making them easier to access, but what happens if butterflies went extinct? My headcanon is that the butterfly miraculous can create butterflies on its own, and of course Nooroo knows this but doesn’t tell Gabriel out of spite. I imagine Gabriel would eventually find that out from the grimoire and if he confronts Nooroo on why he never told him before he made a whole entire butterfly garden Nooroo would just say “you never asked.” Gabriel would probably continue to use the butterfly garden anyway because if he stops using it he’d be admitting to the fact it was pointless and a waste of money to make in in the first place.

Almost two years later and my dumbass finally clicks, Kim's hero "king monkey" is basically Sun Wukong (the monkey king), unpredictable, overpowered, his staff all the way down to the headband, a nod to Wukong's cursed "crown"

You were right about the disrupting powers. This toy will disrupt the ability of who ever it has contact with. Changing a weapon to another item,As you can see with party crasher the dance pads were glowing randomly and had illusions dancing everywhere. Thinking he was about to get attacked when I’m reality king monkey was popping the piñata the others were in
