Kayle's always been quite flexible in her builds! AP is probably the best build for midlane still, but for top Kraken gives you a better first-item spike to ensure you can actually duel the enemy laner.
Her on-hit build currently has a couple of interesting variations - she can build anything situationally such as Botrk vs. health stackers. Generally though she'll practically always have enough damage to win the game on just Kraken + Rageblade + Terminus, so after that you should consider opting in to some tankier options for your 4th and 5th buys such as Jak'sho (good synergy with Terminus for stacking resistances) or Rylai's to kite better You can even go Deadman's vs AD heavy comps. You NEVER want to die in a fight as Kayle before you can get your ult off, so some initial resistance is key.
Another interesting build is to go Phantom Dancer instead of Terminus for movespeed, take Overgrowth + double scaling health runes, and build Warmog's 4th. The fun thing about this one is you can end up being able to sell your boots late for a 6th item and still be faster than most champions on the map :p

Hey! Can you try Relay when you reach lvl 16? for your next video? Kraken Slayer > blade of the ruined king> terminus > Relay
I would go instead of bloodthirster with blade since they have like 3 tanks and u get also from blade some lifesteal and i can see that u didn t realised that azir was a big problem and i consider that wits end would be a better option instead of nashor or rfc.
Friendly advise, get ruined king as 2nd or 3rd item, better than terminus at that point, u can get terminus right after

yorick is not a direct counter to Kayle, esp. with Lethal Tempo. You just are forced to rush Swifties, at which point he can almost never land his E poke on you

Can you show us your setting to hit and run?
I noticed myself that this build is good in the beginning of the game and in the middle of the game, but if the game drags on, this build becomes weaker, and does not show itself effectively enough, the build does not allow you to kill the back line fast enough, not to mention the front line.
Another, no less popular build through magic piercing, very weak at the beginning of the game, mediocre in the middle of the game, but in a protracted game, with full purchase, much more effective, it is very important to kill the back line in 1-2 hits, and then deal with the first line, which will be left without support.
But most games don't drag on, so the build shown will stay in the first place.

Kayle is very hard to play. Even at 16 with a full build, if you can't kite, your champ is worthless. You're better off playing Quinn or Vayne top if you don't want to suffer early for nothing. WIth Kayle you gotta suffer early only to die at 16 because you can't kite perfectly. It's brutal.
