Just like they buffed the Hardwire Gearset, they can buff others as well. Me personally, I would like to see True Patriot put back the way it originally was when the game first came out. It was way better before it was nerfed.
I have taken to using a demolitionist build based on a Pulse build. VILE, 3 CHINA - glasscannon, creepingdeath , 2 GRUPO, and vary skills between Mortar/Jammer and Seeker/Hive . Mortar exists so long getting it back isnt a problem - and one overcharge gets 4-5 more mortar rounds as well as the pulse/seeker/hive. The main advantage is in Roosevelt I can switch to decent healing by hive-swap at anytime, and switchout the backpack for a SkTier Brazos w/Perfect Overclock, and the Vile to a Catharsis/Coyote at will and not break the build. {I see lotsof speedrunners requiring outofcombat to switch builds, but that seems a waste of time if you can make one change underfire and be ready to go. } I'll try this HW . nice job !
I always kept a 4 piece HW in a load out for seeker mines. Expertised my mines to max expertise & enjoyed HW. Also the go to build for Dark Hours Raid as well with the jammer pulse for Razorback drones. With 5 seconds cool down will be cool for the Raid. Used this build with seekers on legendary missions often. Sometimes I used it in PvP to piss off a 4 man team of manhunts, especially if they were running a healer. Just spam seekers at the team every 7 1/2 seconds with all skill haste mods 😂 These seekers at 26 expertise can destroy an entire team if they’re camped out in a certain location holding it down 😂 Definitely a troll build. Will kill their healer too easy!

@@BiswajitDas-wp9gz I'm talking about switching from cluster to explosive if your clusters stop tracking or you don't get damage numbers. (start with cluster, if you don't get damage numbers, then switch).
This is absolutely great for the last keener fight with pulse disrupt...use the hw body it gives 25% skill damage. Use the skill power holster. Exotic.
Am I missing something? Because I've been able to throw seekers, wait till they hit the ground, then drop hive and instantly get them back each time. I've never had a cool down that long. My setup is the 4 pc, wyvern chest, and BTSU gloves.
3PC Empress is still S and BiS for skill builds simply because Skill Efficiency is multiplicative so all it's bonuses are based off whatever your skill tier'd skills are. Where as something like Skill Damage is actually extremely weak because it scales off whatever the Skill Tier 0 skill has. It's why the Fixer Drone still sucks even at Tier 6 with 200%+ repair skills...

I call them Netflix, cos i always have a movie on second screen when playing with HW, as i do not need to see enemies to kill them... i throw 10x Seeker mines each doing 2K-3K-4K dmg, at each 5 seconds. These changes will aloud me to watch more movies and play the game...hell yeah..multitasking all day long!
the nerfs it seems are all about the making way for the new range modifiers. With the range modifiers, strikers would turn from awesome into true "melt everything go mode", well, that's the fear. I don't agree with the fear and think it is stupid. But the logical consensus seems to be it is mostly about the range modifiers.
Imo this is how skill builds should be since there are enemies with EMP and skill builds are ranged smh cooldowns shouldn’t be a handicap in addition to lacking survivability
This is all good, until the game throws all those EMP towers at you, or the agents kill your skills or take them and turn them (which is fun though). But one thing I hate so much as a skill player, Striker Builds finish any content and pistol/shield builds push bosses into corners like cowards, but skill builds can only finish most content.
I agree. What about Exuro for much better fire builds? And Rigger gets zero love. Also give FI the ability to replenish ammunition like the Reclaimer classified set in Div 1? Make healers more valuable and force co-operation more.
I have the exact same loadout (all rolls and mods are max) only did i switch the chestpeace and holster brand (wyvern chest, china holster) - still i cant get the cluster mine cd below 8 seconds. Am i stupid?

@@aaronsinspirationdaily4896 mainly HW with Btsu gloves. 3 yellow+tech for 4 total 1 blue 1 red. Sweet dreams for the one shot melee and revive hive and healing chem. It burst heals for 600k on allies and 800k with hw bonus active. Enough to get someone out of trouble and gives me a 90 second cool down for revive hives. That's the main goal. To always have revives ready for the team and teach your team mates to sit in cover and keep good line of sight for everyone. Lately I switched from an ar and use a blue screen for the damage and utility. Having 100 rounds when not a lot of reds helps out and being able to stun and disrupt enemies at will is a life saver sometimes.

nah its on PTS. And still its up in the air. Honestly, once something hits PTS itll be out there....thats the point of it, to discuss possible changes and play test them before they go live so the planned changes can launch with as minimal hiccup/bugs/glitches as possible. key word is possible, as lots of things change before going live based off the play testing. Once anything hits PTS, the surprise is *somewhat* gone, not in full (as not all changes hit the live game, many never make it or are changed dramatically from what was on PTS round 1). Besides, these types of videos are awesome as it gives players that cant PTS (console) something to look forward to understanding (as we get zero access to test)- and it gives all players a heads up on what to potentially prep for, once the changes possibly hit live. Anyhow, lots of 'possibles' thrown around here. In any case, have an amazing day fam!
Tec support on a wyvern bp and I use czeska chest with kinectik momentom on. So full crit 60%ish lol. But it's built with crits and skill in mind. It fails on hc guys fully but iv not gone tanky hw build. 110 hc deaths lol.
Dont worry they will nerf it if it works, especially you have mentioned if 4 ppl using it in raid or legendary and this will destroy everything. I am sure they dont want that for players.

What are they trying to achieve? (Not everyone has the same goals, and not do their goals remain static.) Why do you or I or anyone care what gearset a person chooses to run in their own time or with their friends? There’s a lot of “I want to control what everyone else chooses and achieves and how”. I reject this outright as a valid position.

Pistol shield patriot fireworks build lol. I'm still and been a hw build from day 1.

True Patriot was the first gear set I used with memento and chameleon. Great mix of offense and defense

I can do that now with hard wired...throw a seeker pop a turret throw a seeker rinse and repeat. Non stop seekers. It's been that way

Switch from Cluster to Explosive (single seeker ball) they track the enemy better, higher chance it hits its target and you get damage numbers.
@@syn80that one ball damage like 3-4M but clusters damage like 2-2.5M each even if 2-3 hits out of 10 its more damage per throw

stinger hive works well with the seekers also helps out in a pinch
my hardwired is already down to thowing seekers ever 2-3 seconds. this will just make more of them hit harder which is cool.

Chest piece, use explosive delivery and busy gloves will make it much better
Btsu gloves boosts the hive
Hardwired chest talent is also 25% so that would make more sense I would think because you don’t get the glass cannon penalty when you get hit.

I have glass cannon on mine and the btsu gloves. Zero cool down with these gloves. It's insane. Give it a try.
Thanks for showing this, I typically run ‘Tag Team’, on the vest. With this update I’ll run ‘Kinetic Momentum’ instead.

I have a similar build with Stinger hive and cluster mines. Making a duo with someone with a build like you makes legendary missions more easy
Explosive skills or Stinger Hive isn't very effective for the heavies though.
You could probably do the same with stinger hive and throw it at bosses, and never have to switch. Stinger attack drones too.

I only put BTSU gloves on my Hardwired so I could peoples Revive Hives off cool down if no one was running a healer that had BTSU.

It's been this for years dude. Pop and proc. Drone turret. Pick up turret it'll reset ya other skill. 5secs is new was 10.

BTSU gloves all the way, not use Wyvern Holster as you'll have the Overcharge(btsu) then what helps you and others
