First of all, thank you very much for the video. I understand that when the password is rotated in this way it only applies to the selected device, the others have the old password. What would be the process to rotate manually on all devices?

For windows server 2019 and 2022, you can configure GPO for Windows LAPS deployment. Use GPMC to setup a GPO.
