Really nice watch - Tag Heuer's been doing a great job with these 02 based watches and making them look like bi-compax chronos while still maintaining a discreet small second. And I love that they still gave it a proper jumping hour hand so that it's more convenient for travel. Great video! P.S Love that MB Geosphere too, dial gradient is amazing on it :D
The big problem with skeletonised watches is visibility either you get it right or you get it wrong. The Zenith defy skeleton is about the most unreadable watch in the world, the Royal Oak skeleton on the other hand has perfectly readable hands on a very detailed skeletonised dial. The problem I suppose is distinguishing the hands and hour markers against a busy dial. This even gets more difficult when there is subdials with small subdial hands. I think this watch does reasonably well although I think the subdials are pretty unreadable at a glance. However, in terms of skeletonisation this watch fails. for me. How much do you actually see of the movement? Its all just bland thick beams making up the dial. The point of skeletons should be to reveal not to create texture.
I agree completely. It's very hard. They compromised by making the face dark to show up the hands. Maybe a little too dark, but then you have trouble reading the time, lather, rinse, repeat. It's not easy. I've never seen a completely legible skeleton watch. But this one is better than many.
Sorry bud but that seems like a fake to me. Gmt hours on insert should be white not grayish. Also my anxiety level each time you placed that metal device next to the face: 📈📈📈

It's a great watch to wear to a place everyone else wears a Rolex to.
Actually they could have gone with a colored face with no major loss, as the view through the rear is superior anyway.

I'm very confident it isn't, if only for the fact it has been serviced by the AD. Not to mention a fake woulldn't have the functionality.
