A Courtyard With a Water Feature Cuts Through This Luxury Delhi Home (Home Tour).

Located in the upmarket neighbourhood of South Delhi’s Vasant Vihar, this North-West facing home is sandwiched between two residences within its dense layout, restricting natural light inside the home. The water court emerged out of this limitation, diverting from the typical luxury structure. It is the home’s signature element, and also the source of its lovely ambience that helps connect built with nature.

The planning allowed ample space for each family member - consisting of the parents and their two sons. Each gets their own floor above the parent’s master floor, allowing for future expansion as well as individual identity and privacy. The water courtyard became the connecting element throughout these floors. The spaces are meticulously details and involve careful selection of materials and products, which add personality to the home.
