You know, I fly a lot of drones including FPV and a fair bit of LOS. However, this is just mind bending levels of skill, spatial awareness and control (before we get into collective pitch reverse thrust). We are not worthy 🙌
i have been flying los and fpv racing for five years. seeing these types of videos made me get one and its been 2 years and i crashed them all and couldnt get them to fly right again. i gave up for now. its so hard to do i dont feel comfortable flyin it close enough to me to be able to not lose orientation. makes flyin quads seem like a walk in the park. i can fly it amazing in the sim though that is realllly fun. almost too fun. so much work and money over one slight mistake. hopefully some day.

Amazing, because it is not simply 3D but actually more aerobatic flying. Most people which are not in this hobby don't realize how complicated it is to control a heli, because the controls are always relative to the actual tail position (and of course all other axis).
That's why Nick is one of my favorite pilots. He can still smack it,don't get that wrong but he is very technical and is just an awesome guy. He will take the time to answer of your questions and more.
Excellent! I do wish heli's were more responsive in roll/flip/yaw rates, for example my quad can do a single start to stop roll in 0.24 seconds, or Taz (a trick I made up) at 7.6 rolls per second. Thanks for sharing.
Power to weight ratio and the tensile strength of the components. Not to mention if you are actually in this helicopter while doing these maneuvers, it would probably liquify your brain.
