Great to see the New Spyder, pounding the pavement, even better that your daughter was able to join you. I believe that a proper break in period, for all vehicles is essential to keep it in top shape. I mean why take a chance on creating problems. Plus you need time to adjust to the new experience, I would think. Thanks for the Ryde along. Stay Alert. Ryde Safe in a fun way. Thanks for sharing. Keep on Spydering. 😎.
You are a much more seasoned Spyder rider than me. The reason I mentioned this is because you are used to the manual transmission. I know it took me probably 500 miles to get used to the semi automatic transmission and the difference in the rpms after c I came from the manual transmission.
Nice ride. I have a '19 F3L. I've drilled a pressure bolt into the mirror mounts which eliminated a lot of the vibration. I also have the same, stock shield. I have no issues with it, but I live in TX so I want more air on me.
It's great to see you out on the new Spyder. How's the ride comfort compared to the older machine? I agree with your break in plans....it's how I do it too. Ryde safe and have fun!
I love the new spyder. You sit on it just like the F3 but it is a soft ride. It's perfect for longer rides..I hope. Taking off soon for West Virginia and will know more. Still learning
Yeah I made sure I kept varying the speed on mine when I bought it ... The same with my Sea-Doo. Howz it goin gettin used to the Semi-Auto ... It must be the most carefree relaxed ryding you could ever do. I've just finished prepping a new YUASA YTX24HL-BS ... Gonna leave on the charger overnite. Also drained the oil & changed the filter & aligned the belt & adjusted the tension plus I changed the coolant a few weeks ago ... Anyone who says you can't work on a Spyder is an Idiot! All I've got left to do now is change the clutch & brake fluid ... It's long overdue! Another Great Ryde buddy ... Lookin forward to more! 🤘😁👊 Beanie
I have learned a ton and to be honest I like the SM6 better. The F3 is set to let you have a little more fun in the turns I have found. All in all I love the new bike. The wife and I are heading out soon for a nice weekend trip. Her first ride in 4 years. I just had a CT scan so I hope I will be back walking soon. I have to do all of the same things to my F3. I have a new battery belt issues and some paint projects. With the brake fluid I would remove all old fluid from the reservoir and just bleed until new you get the new clean fluid. Find a nice road to engage the ABS a couple times and be done. The amount of fluid in the Abs pump should be minimal.
@@spyderryder There is a Bleed bolt on the ABS Pump but it's a Nitemare to get to so I agree ... That's the best method if you don't have the B.U.D.S. I've seen a few comments lately from Idiots saying some dealers won't touch Spyders ... That says a lot about the mechanic they have working for them! Must be an Absolute Moron ... I find working on my Sea-Doo is much more difficult than working on my Spyder! Even changing the plugs isn't that bad ... You just need to remove the side panels + tank cover & take the top console off so you can pull the airbox out. I bet your plugs are due to be changed on the F3 ... How many miles have you got up now 80,000+ ?
I agree the spyder is not bad to work on and techs that won't touch them makes no sense to me. Last I looked I was around 78k so yes they need replaced. I have sent all my free time getting the F3T upgraded. I think I'm done with it for now and will have a video on it. In the next couple weeks. With that ABS pump I would not touch it because it could be very easy to introducer air.
Good to see you out on the new ride. Do you get any vibration on the floorboards since there is no rubber padding on them. Hope to see more videos soon. Stay safe..
Glad to see you on the new F3. I think when you go on freeways at 80mph+ you won't like the windshield that much. I am the same size as you and just got too much head buffeting. I did get the 17" shield from Lamonster's am very happy with it. Where did the black spyder go?

Break in time is crucial I believe. I love the time we have sent on the spyders this year we have had a great time
Out west we have a lot of big blue skies. But I'll take those big old white puffy clouds any old day! Glad you're liking the new f3t!
I need to get out west..one day.
Great to see you on the new Spyder. After a few hundred more miles I think you’ll be ready for a good comparison between the new and old. Enjoy!!

A video is coming with the 2 spyders side by side. I think I like the SM6 over the SE6. That being said I love the F3T
Great 🎥 Think for Tip
On adjusting passengers seat
I waz way off I waz thinking it's
Self adjusting🤦🏽🤣😅😂
Anytime!👍
Glad you got to ride ! I'm really liking the Floor Boards on my 2021 RTL. My 2015 RTS SM6 kept me in the same position all the time.
Love the floorboards on the new RT
Drive it like ya stole it! 👍😎👍
This one is a little harder to ride fast! It is not an F3

Like you I love the screen you get a ton of air and it helps on the hot days. I picked up a mirror kit from lamonster but have not installed it yet
Glad it's working out for you. I think I'll beat my RS some more before I upgrade to an F3 lol
You will love the F3. I miss my RS so enjoy yours for as long as you can
Rode the first 500 miles as you state. First service is at 3k

Congratulations. Super stoked for you. Is there a video of you purchasing this or when you first got it? This is the first i seen of it lol.
There is a video it was about 3 videos before this one
Are you going to spyder fest in Anderson South Carolina in September?
No I don't think so

I love the floorboards and they do hurt my heals after a few hours. Only vibrations I get are form the belt at 80 mph that you feel in the boards.

The black Spyder is with me still I could not trade it in. I don't mind the screen it's a ton better then the one on the old spyder
Did I miss the review of the new spyder ?
You did not I just finished all the upgrades and will be doing a watch around soon.
Go F3T!
I really like it
