12:30 Nah Ben, thats a concept sketch for Makuta. You can even see the G2 Mask of Control. My guess is that after making the Ekimu MOC the creator wants to make one for Makuta, so they are comparing the size of both of the designs.
I have no emails from an 'anonymous2858' unless it was sent under a different name or different email, it's possible I didn't receive them. Also I do get over a thousand submissions every year. It's simply not possible to feature them all. But if you resend them, I'll do my best to feature them this month.

I think the second scatch in gold gigachad is suppose to be Makuta. If you look closely, you can see his mask in that design.
