I have the pleasure of playing bass with Taj night after night, and he never ceases to amaze me.
Hi Jerry!
Right there mate
You're a great bassist. 👍
What’s up Jerry! Tell Dylan I said less grooving, more gospel chops! 😂😂
Awesome looking forward to seeing you guys in Milwaukee in August.
Taj was on fire on 7/27 opening for Buddy Guy. It was a truly amazing thirty minutes. I was front row center and will NEVER FORGET those thirty minutes of Taj and his band. Those 30 minutes are etched into my memory banks forever. A once in a lifetime experience. The next night in Chattanooga he admitted that he was showing off a little!! Can you imagine being 15 years old and being asked to open for 88 year old icon Buddy Guy? Mind blowing it was for him. He is so awesome it is amazing. His whole family is really humble and grounded. So happy they have fended off all the sharks trying to "get in" on screwing Taj out of what is his. The Loaded Dice are great backup and Dylan really rocks. His drumming is truly tied so well to Taj's guitar playing. Taj is improving all the time. The SRV tribute show at Buc's Backyard was off the charts as well. Can't wait to attend the album release party on 11/22!! Rock on.
Great job by everybody .I heard Jimi playing this song about 40 years ago and I never heard a version I liked as well until today .love your singing too .
Taj is an incredible performer! If you go back and watch him playing Red House, The Sky is Crying or Parisienne Walkways a couple of months ago they were not the exact same solos. Taj is constantly learning and changing how he plays. My suggestion is to watch him playing Parisienne Walkways at his show in Nashville last month and him performing The Sky is Crying when he performed it at Tulsa Oklahoma. He's the guest artist this coming weekend opening for Morris Day at the 40th anniversary for Prince's Purple Rain celebration in Minneapolis. Taj has met Joe Bonamassa. He is a performer on Bonamassa's blues cruise next year. He is also opening a few shows for Buddy Guy. He's taking off! ❤
I wanted to add the band Taj performs with is Nathan Bryce and Loaded Dice. They are all very talented and play their own set before they perform with Taj. They all compliment each other. I'm really happy they get their own moment to shine during their set with Taj.
Thanks for the info and thanks for watching. 👍
Thanks for the love legend and dad has shown me a couple of your videos to kind if I do a show back home your welcome 🙏 big love taj
Dude, been watching since you got on the Tube and you've definately got *it*
Keep doin your thing, i'll be a fan the rest of my life, fr
Saw Stevie one time a year before we lost him. Yup, etched in my brain forever. Our 'boy' still, Tajy has it too...chilling.
Thanks for watching mate
I am following Taj since he was 9 years old. There was something about him which made me think that he is uniquely talented. I have seen him now twice live and will soon see him again in September. He amazes me every time I hear and see him. And you are right. One day I and all of the other fans will be saying " I knew of him when he was a child"
Me too.
I love all kinds of music too & I had the great pleasure to experience Taj's phenomenal performance at the Bluesfest. His talent is unbelievable! He is also a humble, gracious, delightful human being. I saw him on TV at the age of 9 & was thrilled with his musicianship then... but forgot his name. As soon as he walked onto the stage at Bluesfest I recognised him. It is SO exciting to see him being appreciated & having the opportunity to share his music with the world. Wonderful to see how he's had the fantastic support & and encouragement of his terrific parents. Great to hear your commentary Pete! Well done!
On top of Taj’s riveting talent, his kind, sincere & humble personality shines through when speaking with him. The combination of Taj’s passion for music, extraordinary talent & genuine personality is what is shaping Taj’s bright future!
His family are credit for that. They have raised a fine young man, and they have sacrificed a lot to get him to the states. Taj will no doubt continue to make them proud.🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
@@peteszone6058Yes! I agree. I love his family. Thankful for the friendship we share. ❤
His voice just keeps getting better and better 😮 Luv this kid and always have since he was 7 or 8!!!
🎉❤❤😂 amazing! Thanks for this wonderful talent! Share him with everyone I know!
@lisaheymanbg He has that humble attitude that stems from his families earthing. Thanks for watching. I hope you enjoyed it 🙏
I’ve known the guys in his band for a long time. They are a great blues trio in their own right. His drummer is the fantastic Dylan Halacy.
Yeah, they are a great band in their own right. So talented. Taj is lucky to have such seasoned musicians providing the backing soundscape, allowing Taj to shine. It also gives the band opportunities they wouldn't necessarily have available to them. Win, win.
Channeling SDR
GO Taj. It
has been 34 years since we lost Stevie Taj is the closest thing to his guitar playing.
Plus he can sing.
How true that is. Thanks for watching
Taj IS amazing! No one like him! So fun to find him everywhere ❤️❤️❤️
Every time I watch a Video of Taj, I see a lot of Stevie Ray Vaughan with a mix of Eddie Van Halen. This Kid is Amazing.
It's all so exciting, isn't it? I've been watching since he was about 7. Some people just got it! His voice change was amazing - child voice kind of started 'going' and suddenly the new one was there and sounding like it might eventually fit his excellent guitar-playing.
This performance by Taj F., is the most impressive effort I’ve ever seen! Big KUDOS TO DAD and Mom, sister too…
@@roymoore3156 Thanks for watching
I saw him in Atlanta and told his Dad afterward that I felt like my “face melted off “. Seeing him again next month in Chattanooga because…once is never enough with this kid. He’s truly amazing to witness live
😂😂😂.Thanks for watching.
It’s just cool to see that Taj’s mom and dad are doing such a great job in this Journey with Taj.,.
He's a real gas to watch
Amazing to watch. Thanks for viewing my reaction 👍
Looking forward to seeing him in Oct in Ft Lauderdale
Where/when
Yes absolutely amazing I started watching him about the same time you did he was young and I called it back then I said Boyle boy he's going to beat everyone I will say this he's already better than anyone else out there he is already surpassing surpassing and playing his own way on the honest on the music icon songs from the biggest he's out playing them he is absolutely the best guitar player in the world by far and he's only 15 he blows me away I had my stereo on full blast here and I got 21 speakers hooked up on five amps and it's I got shivers too it was out of this world out of this world I am so amazed with him whoa good for rock and roll good for rock and roll post that if you want
Wow he is Taj of Music salute 🫡
He lives in the states now. He will be at the Byron Blues in 2025
Us Aussies will miss him, but the States have a huge blues fan base, so good decision. Thanks for watching.👍
Hello😉
Taj va être le plus grand guitariste de tous les temps 🙏
The sky is crying, ant no sunshine are fan favorites
Yeh, I've heard his rendition of that song, and he absolutely shreads it. 🎸
Been following Taj since he was 7 yr old. The way I describe him to others is... It's like Hendrix and Stevie Ray had a baby and pumped him full of steroids!
He's not like anybody else! My personal guitar hero. Thanx dude!
Taj is the reincarnation of SRV
You should watch Taj's, Tribute to Gary Moore
will do. thanks for that
Taj will join Bonamassa on the Blues Cruise..He also opens 3 shows for Buddy Guy. His 6th single 'I give up ' will drop on the 24th. The previous 5 charted at #1 on the Blues chart. It's Amazing how he stays in his lane shooting one strike after another.😅
He's SRV reincarnated.
he's going to be on the ktba cruise with joe in 2025
Cool. Wish I could be there
Hi, i'm one of Taj's biggest fans and promoters. He does this song better than Jimmy Hendrix, doesn't he? Being a child prodigy vocalist & former rockstar myself, I know great talent 😊 Taj has a heart of gold as well 💛
He has quite a srv stage presents
He does....reminds me of a very young combo version of SRV & Garry Moore. Thanks for watching 👍
He already supports Joe Bonamassa and met him too!❤
I keep saying he does it better than Jimmi. Shame on me but it's true
I agree....😂
Thanks, I feel like it's blasphemous but it is so true. I saw him live Saturday and had tears running down my face when he played Pariseene Walkways.
I was lucky in my youth to see Jimi live twice, I have yet to see Taj in person, but have been a fan since he was 9 yrs old. Have to agree, Taj is forever my favourite.❤🎉
Pete please stop interrupting. Let us enjoy the music.
@user-jj5sl4jt7j sorry mate....its a reaction video so I naturally stop it to comment...you want to see the full video go to Taj"s TH-cam site. 🙏
Great skiles, but please stop compairing him with SRV
@@bartvandenheuvel1974 Why?????
Because he's not Stevie, and vice versa.
lol because Taj will surpass SRV at some point, in the not too distant future.
Not taking away from this remarkable player. It is a lot easier to play fast blues pentatonic than to slow down and be melodic.
Oh he can!! I like what he is doing myself, it's a fresh twist on some classic blues to srv with complete shred!! I love it!!🤘
I stopped @ 4:47 . Done
Bad video too mant stops .
Sorry you didn't like it but it's a reaction video that's why I stop it so I can REACT to it.
Sounds VERY out of tune
