Today I am exploring a New Cave Called Rishi Gufa (Rishi Cave) Which is a hidden and located Near MCL Basundhara Town.It is situated 15 km away from Basundhara Town.57km away from Sundargarh. 70km away from Jharsuguda and around 162 km away from Rourkela..

I'm from Tihuria age fifty plus and entered the cave more than thirty times.
I have small suggestion for Shiva bhakt and lover of nature ( mind blowing cave)
Step one you enter into the cave let's say ten metres and stop there for six to ten minutes. If you do this your breathing problem will be solved to a great extent.. get used to inside air.
Don't fear or panic, this will increase your heartbeat. There never has been any snake or wild animals found inside the cave, this has never been. Not heard.
No dangerous wild animals found near the cave.
Village people ( Tihuria and Ghoghor) are very hospitable and kind. No looting incident recorded till now.
You will never find dirtying or defiled the cave. People are very much God fearing.
Your suggestion of taking a guide in a must,
Lights too.
Down below cave there is Rock stream picnic spot..
