Aaron! This is one of the best videos I watched on TH-cam in a long time. Incredible to watch someone’s dreams and hard work coming to reality. Great job by you and your team. This was high quality.
@@Nomads.Nation Thank you for staying focused on filming even during the difficult times. It would be easy to set the camera down, but then we wouldn’t have this amazing footage!
Great video and great edit. And thanks for sharing all of the behind the scenes. Gives me flashbacks to my documentary about bags. Wish I could a video like this some time in the future again. Wishing you all the best for the bag. Looking forward to see it in the final version
@@Youknowthebo I remember that one! It was good as well, although I feel like between all the various videos and shorts leading up to this wrap-up, we got a much deeper look into the process. Keep up the good work, bag nerds of the internet!
It’s been so fun to be part of this journey and see every little detail of this bag come together right along with you. Can’t wait to see the finished bag up close in person. Thanks to you and all of the team that had a hand in making your dream a reality and I can’t wait to see what’s next for fyro and ready for the next detailed bag making journey!!❤
Man. You weren’t kidding. You really outdid yourself with this one, Aaron. This is definitely one of the best videos I’ve seen on TH-cam. It doesn’t feel like it should be free to watch, honestly! Whole team who did this deserves all the praise. Job well done!
haha thanks so much Jeff, we wanted to make something special here and it took many months but the juice was worth the squeeze. Shoutout to Tav for all his hard work 💪
Aaron, I am very proud of the part of team ! Big thanks to everyone involved on this 1st successful production run. I will try to fill several missing areas that were found during bulk production. Let's go for next !!
Mate, that really is a fantastic video. I cannot express how awesome it has been to work with you on your first Fyro bag. It's great to be able to reflect a little on how all of these packs we use and enjoy come into being, and to be thankful for all of those who put in such work and lend their expertise to bring these to life. Really appreciate your comment @lanceklein2746 My awesome team make me look good :) They really are awesome... Taf, the Editor also makes me look good, Aaron and him did an amazing job of this video and it has been awesome working with them...
Holy moly moly, I’m speechless, and I feel so special that one of those is mine. I will be so very proud to wear this bag, Aaron. Thank you for sharing the process, really makes it worth contributing to your process, can’t wait to see your next venture.
I’m so impressed by the detailed process behind the Fyro Backpack! And also I love seeing the level of involvement and care Bagme has in every step, it really shows their commitment to quality and Fyro customer satisfaction. Keep up the amazing work, this backpack is truly next level!!! Cheers 🔥🔥
You are truly The Bag Nerd. Not only does your enthusiasm for bags come through your reviews but you outright made your own bag at mass production scale! Crazy effort Crazy passion. Very inspiring!. Ill forever hold your opinions on packpacks above the others. PS. Seeing your one of one bag be ripped apart was also painful to see.😂
Aaron, this was an amazing video! You were awesome throughout the process because it must have been difficult to document this as you were working on the backpack. The workers are such craftsmen and it really shows in the video. So much attention to detail - I will not doubt the prices of the bags in the carry community anymore. I hope Fyro continues getting bigger and you keep making videos!
DUUUUUUUUUUDE This was awesome!!!! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. You always think something is going to be simpler than it is, but when you break it down into all the tiny details and the little parts. Wild. So happy for you achieving this goal and super stoked to get my bag.
thanks so much for your support and so glad you enjoyed the video!! It's crazy the amount of detail and teamwork that went into the whole process, I learned so much
Awesome video, Aaron (and Luke). I've known Luke for many years; he is Master Backpack, like Master Yoda. Luke's attention to detail and passion for this industry are admorable. Well done, team!
Aaron, gotta say it, my man..... LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOO. I am so hype to get my hands on this backpack. I cannot wait for my Christmas from current me to future me.
Fantastic video, didn't know there's so much behind the scene, the naive me just thought design and get someone to sew the bag, lol. Was sitting on the fence coz I love the bag especially the hydrolock except for the hatch cover. Great work, all the best and one step closer to your dream!. 💪💪
the 3d printed model to help with the stitching is a massive W because it distributes the weight perfectly aligned that with computer stitching that's crazy
such a W! It was amazing to see so many smart people come together to find engineering solutions to problems that arose... I was in awe the whole time 😂
Hi Aaron in your mous day backpack review there was a umbrella that you packed into it I am really curious on the brand of it because it looked very stylish and am in the market for buying one for travelling
Very cool stuff, Aaron! Interesting that like a lot of things, no matter how many times people do them that things pop up that are unexpected and you have to think on your feet. Especially for Luke and Feng, Thuy and Quay (forgive the spelling if it's off). Love the teamwork going on there. Q: How many of the 500 that are in the factory were working on Fyro stuff? I know they make other stuff and saw some in the background. As long as it's cool, kudos for not blurring it out.
Appreciated Scott! At the height of our production run we have around 3 full lines just working on Fyro T22s, so maybe 50-70 sewers in total, not including all the management, development teams, QC, etc....it truly was an epic team effort!!
Crazy how a simple logo that most people wouldn't even notice could delay production by a week, sheesh. Watching the production process unfold was entertaining and educational as well.
so glad you thought so!! And yea, it's crazy how the smallest thing can make the biggest delays, and the team's commitment to quality was so incredible to watch 😎

we are hoping to give an update in the next few days! To be honest the bags are in the warehouse, just keep getting delays for when they will be sent out... hopefully very soon!
Damn! I really wished I didn't cancel my order. I've been here since the beginning of the journey. Everyone who ordered the bag will be super happy. I'll save some cash for the next bag for sure.
Hopefully you meant a “PU” or “TPU” bottom. PVC is banned in the UK and is toxic. The video documentary of your pilot run is great! Very typical of the preproduction process. You always get a great bag out of the sample room, but mass production is another beast.
@jgoo4572 I understand what you are saying. PVC technology is amazing now and the material can be more stable and longer lasting than both PU and TPU. The material on the base of the Fyro bags meets both California Prop65 and European REACH standards and can be imported into the UK as it meets and beats the restricted chemicals lists. Actually, it is the DWR on many materials is now being banned in the USA, Europe and the UK...
Not the sort of Bag i would buy ( i am more into 35L carry-ons ) But a really good looking work bag ( though pretty expensive at 270$ ) absolutely love the way that you have included the Bottle pocket really interesting
