So sorry to hear that. My ex was told by a district judge that false rape allegation wouldn’t be believed before a finding of fact as it was obvious to everyone in family court that it wasn’t true. I had police involvement and whilst everyone knew it was nonsense nothing happened and ex was tipped off by a district judge not to pursue before she incriminated herself.
Whilst I have been a member of families need fathers I have heard other men and also sons of my mums friends who have been falsely accused of the same thing.
Nothing ever happens. So sad for all those men. The trauma never goes.
I once asked a GP for a counselling referral. Nothing happened. Imagine a rape victim being denied support. I just don’t imagine a world where that would happen.
    Sad, all very sad.
Excellent documentary called “I am not a rapist” which initially aired on BBC2 a couple of years a go.
Falsely accused boy hung him self from a tree. His mum hung herself after his suicide leaving behind his sister.
The problem is that there is no appetite to stop the false allegations.

When having a stammer can prevent you from talking, in case it's seen as a sign of guilt, even though you are known to stammer. Whatever happened to trial without prejudice ? Good luck Sean, you have shown real courage in this whole affair.

...and another thing.... how can any serious organisation get away with using the name "the Centre for Women's Justice"?
that is a statement that justice is being distorted - and it is a disgrace.
(Noted that "Justice for women" would be an acceptable name, as per Justice for men and boys)
that no one seems to see a problem with this funded group's name is yet another significant degradation of justice among all our institutions.

Thanks Patrick. It was founded of course by Julie Bindel en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julie_Bindel nd her partner, the barrister Harriet Wistrich en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harriet_Wistrich.

@@justiceformenboys Yes indeed, she, Bea Campbell and a fair few others should be truth shame-humiliated and removed from public life as if it were a Twitter ban.

"Women's Justice" is thought to be far superior to plain old "justice" (which is men's justice, of course). This is the female supremacism that is always there, hiding in plain sight, in operation for at least the past 150 years, and which most people refuse to see. It is disgusting, immoral, vindictive, evil.

A hideous story of suffering, and carried with such quiet, self-effacing dignity by this valiant man. I hope he wins his appeal, but even if not, it should be clear to every sane person who learns of his case what a ridiculous and appalling miscarriage of justice occurred to him.

Thank you Janice. As a major fan of your work I can't begin to say what that comment means to me. Thanks to Mike for having it happen too
