I knew the Henry Ford museum was a bit more than just cars, but it looks like so much more than I expected. Amazing how well it appears they show cultural and technological progression throughout american history. Definitely going on the list of places to visit someday.
Awesome you went to the Henry Ford Museum! I live almost an hr. away from it and went their for the first time few months ago and man was it awesome! The JFK car will now be more infamous for having the Pluto in its sight...
I’m so glad you got to make it to the Ford Museum. You need to go back and really explore it all. As a petrol head I loved seeing the cars but the trains blew my mind. Happy to see you got to that section. I love that the wiener mobile is there. It’s finally been retired. When I went, it blew my mind that “artifacts” from my childhood was there. Seems that hasn’t changed much. I love the bus. It wasn’t there when I went.
That descripton does a real good job explianing today's adventure. Ahh well, mini recap then. Today we join Adam as he gets some footage for a much bigger project. Woo BTS Adam content! Thanks for the history lessons Adam as always.
okay this was super cool to see! definitely did not expect so much history out of the Henry Ford museum, (outside of the car-related stuff of course) I was quite surprised! I mean video game history, the freaking wienermobile (also yeah missed opportunity for a transformers crossover if they haven't done one yet) and the Rosa Parks bus all under the same roof?! (the mrs. is mixed race so I can very much appreciate what she did so much more!)
BTW - my comments on the dark elements are not meant to discount the cool elements nor your high quality presentation. Just always looking for the true history behind the scenes.
I am. Another place to visit in Dearborn is Greenfield Village. It is a living history museum and in the village you can experience everything from glass blowing to walking through Edison's actual workshop where he developed the light bulb, te even catching a game of baseball as it was played in 1837. And soon they will have the Montgomery house on the property, which is the place where Dr. King spent most of his nights during the Selma to Montgomery marches in the 60's.
Is it just a coincidence that these dark objects are found in this museum and that Hitler had a life size portrait of Henry in his office? Was it only that Hitler admired Henry’s corporate efficiency, or was there something deeper? Dig into Ford and GM’s roles in WWII. How the heck would they get the JFK auto when it must be one of the greatest psycho trophies of all time? I’m guessing that Gerald Ford, who “served” on the Warren Commission and was later awarded with the presidency had something to do with this location. (Nothing to do with the Ford name, but his Michigan residence). I don’t entirely buy the lease expired explanation for an object of such national importance- Abe’s chair was obviously not an expired lease! How many other dark mementos there?
@@AdamEatsTheWorld see edited comment. Would that ownership stop the government from keeping it if they wanted to? I still think it going back to this museum is extremely sus. Pair that with the Reagan car and the Lincoln seat, it reads like the national psycho trophy museum.
If you owned something and the government told you they were just taking it, how would you react? The government does stupid things, but they're not going to seize the Kennedy car illegally. Imagine what JFK conspiracy theorists would say about that.

Yeah son!
15:19 was one of the most simultaneously heartwarming and corny flying and eating moments of all time
Very awesome showcase of the Ford museum. I would love to one day travel to France and see WW2 historical stuff like in Normandy and such

Thanks for watching!
You should do a video on how Booth was not the man they shot in the barn and how he got away!
If the JFK video does better, I've considered a Lincoln deep dive.

Not that I recall.

THE DARK ELEMENTS
Adam does not discount the cool elements; he sells them at full price

So you were in my state huh?
If you're in Michigan, yes.

judging by the comments from the JFK video... i guess this whole trip was paid for by the government 😂😂😂
Oh definitely, Uncle Sam pays me to hide the secret truth or something.
@@AdamEatsTheWorld that whole comment section is hilarious 🤣🤣... i don't know how aliens got involved but okay? Lol
Exactly, that's typically my response to some of that crazy shit.

What is it with you and going to where people died?
You need to do an intro on this man’s awful treatment of American Jews. Horrible person horrid
He's the Grim Reaper, but he shows up REALLY late?
...wut
Any self respecting American Jewish person wouldn’t step foot in Henry fords museum he was anti Jew
I mean, I'm not Jewish, and Henry Ford is dead.
This guy never has his facts straight. Do your research before you make these videos please
Thanks for citing a specific example, you've really enhanced your position!
