    소 힘줄채는
    스지라고 하는 힘줄이 아니라
    등심에 보면 한쪽에 있는 노란 물렁뼈같은겁니다
    우리나라에서는 떡심이라고 하죠
    등심에서는 세로로 잘라버리니
    그냥 물렁뼈같은데
    그대로 뽑아내서 데치면
    영상에 나온것처럼 결대로 찢어지죠
    양념에 볶아서 많이 먹습니다

    아마도 저 동결건조 야랄 화염병 닭고기의 정체는 분말형 치킨스톡이었을겁니다. (L사의 제품이 닭뼈를 고은 것 같은 맛을 내줍니다.) 시판 치킨스톡은 짠맛이 있기 때문에 달인의 레시피를 따라 만들었을 때 싱거웠던 느낌이 들었지 않나 싶습니다. 해바라기씨 무 새우젓 육수는.. 음.. 모르겠습니다..

    생활의 달인 원본도 이제 육수 만들때 맹물로 시작하는것도 진부함 직접 공수해온 고로쇠물이나 직접 시추한 지리산 암반수나 직접 잘라온 빙하물 이런거 써야됨
