It is a schnitzel; the Italians brought it here; they call it cotoletta a la milanese; we just call it milanesa. Meat is really good in Argentina, and we eat a lot of it, so it’s almost logical that this became a very popular dish; everything fried tastes even better 🤓. We don’t really eat it with all those toppings; the only one made at home is the Napolitana version. You can see the Italian influence; that would be impossible in Italy, Milanesa a la Napolitana! 😂😂

That chrome sculpture, monument..... thing, looks like a flower, I recon it would be cool if it tracked the sun around, opening in the morning and closing at night, that would be so cool, like so metallic mimicking nature

It’s super cool aye! It does open at some point but we couldn’t find out how and why but I do think it’s to do with the sun!! :)
Nerd mode alert ⚠️: that graveyard looks like the one in Red Dead Redemption2! Nerd mode alert ⚠️ over! Loved it! That was like Argentinean chicken parmy and chips! Glad to know if I get to go one day I'll be well fed!

Hey! Great video. I have a question. Did you exchange argentine pesos? And if yes, did they gave you a lot of bills?
I heard that exchanging 100 USD they would give you like almost 40 bills.
Hello!! Thanks so much! Yeah I did i exchange some money! Haha yeah you do get a lot of bills only because from USD to pesos you get a lot of money… they use 1000s over there so for example a beer was 6000 pesos! hope this helps haha!

@@abrahamguevara7176 hmmm yes and no! i wouldn’t recommend carrying around large amounts of bills! I always say take what your willing to loose! there are some super safe areas where I had my phone out etc but also some not so safe areas but you get a vibe for these areas so just be careful and extra visual :) We stored extra money in our air b&b safe :)
