Guards should really refresh on their manuals for right shoulder. Technique is incorrect. The cadence as a team is constant, which is good, but too slow. Should be 100-120 beats per minute. The color bearers for uncase took way longer than necessary to lower the flags. Not necessarily incorrect but just looks tacky. The guards should take normal 12 inch side steps as opposed to their ridiculously large ones. Again, tacky. The American color bearer is incorrect in his technique for colors reverse. Reference 3-21.5 for proper procedure. Throughout the sequence the left guard has her elbow too far forward while at right shoulder, which makes both guard's rifle angles look off. Nothing major, but a noticeable lack of detail. The right guard's arm swing is primarily coming from her elbow, which should be straight. Because of this she also has no noticeable rearward arm swing. Left guard also has this issue a few times. Overall however it was a solid performance. Again, cadence was constant which a lot of teams mess up when going into their wheels/ colors reverses. Keep up the good work.
