@@alexgordon5204 If you want to know what happened, it was delivered to me with a damaged and scratched bell and wanted to return it after con. The company was "Pawstar" and the employee packing it agreed to replace it and fix everything if I sent it. I sent it. The manager was having a bad day probably and just accused me of damaging the leather, as well as using harsh language in the e-mail. He wanted to charge me for it, and I let them keep it. It's not worth the trouble, can't believe it was "first-class" shipping. I had NO problems with free. My ears didn't arrive until after con, but I found a partial suit I really liked anyways...whatever. :P
