And these breathing techniques have been really helpful and my favorite advice of yours will always be how you teach running form, it my go too if i needed to reset myself cadence check my steps 😊. A great video! I have been video Journalling my 10 week journey with switching from mouth breathing to nose breathing while running (on my very small YT channel). It was much more difficult than I expected! Your video is a great overview! Thanks!
Great video! I was a competitive swimmer for around 7 years and I’m getting into running now. I was curious if I was doing things correctly and it’s interesting because in swimming we are taught to breath in through the mouth when taking a breath and then blow bubbles out the nose so this is definitely something to get used to
Coach Nate here, good luck! Remember when you're running hard enough try to breathe however which way works best for you in the moment. The best way to make improvements to your breathing is through your daily running at lower intensities. Small changes over time go a long way.
while i running i use second technique that i breathe in from nose and breath out from mouth but after a while about 500~600 meters I feel inflammation in my nose and lungs and i feel so tired...
My Guy your literally the person who is making an explanation that works I LOVE IT Please post more but also about running PLEASE🏃♀️
So glad you enjoyed it! We hope to publish more running content in the near future. - Max
You’d think I didn’t need to go through several videos before someone demonstrates HOW to actually breathe while running. Thanks!
Glad it helped!
literally all the videos are so long im about to start running and they want me to listen to 5 mins of waffle
I really wish I can get my breathing down while running. Every time I breathe through my nose I feel like I'm gonna pass out 😂
You have to check out the breathe right nose strips. They open up your nasal cavities and make nose breathing WAY easier.
@@dmac6119do you wear them while running
Finally a video explaining exactly how to breath during different stages of running...thanks!

Where is this filmed? Such a beautiful backdrop!
Charleston, SC!
Will this help reduce heart rate during long runs?
Thanks for the tips. Where is that gorgeous place you’re standing at?
This was in Charleston, SC!
Thank you because I have 2 k run on twenty nine.
Can an average person run in a 5km marathon in under 20 minutes with only one month practice if possible how to practice
What if you just moved to a place with higher elevation?
Toomuch trouble for nothing !
Bullshit.
If you don't have something nice to say, keep it to yourself
