She speaks swedish, "ha det bra" means "have it good" in Swedish(there is no exact translation for english, but that is the closest), yet she says "delig" which she claims means delicious, but neither Norwegian nor Swedish has sucha a word of what I recall. Not to mention that the closes word related to it is the word "dålig" which means "bad" in Swedish
Frenda, the supposedly swedish speaking villain in this show that cant even understand that "Dålig" actually means "bad" and not "delicious" in swedish. Seriously, whoever was checking for that info when they made this episode is an idiot, how the hell can you mistake a swedish word meaning "bad" to "delicious"? What kind of fact check did the person do to make it so damn wrong?
The author intentionally had her die in an incredibly gruesome way because he knew people wouldn't expect it. HE didn't expect her to become super popular, though.
She died in one of the Index arcs, a battle royale involving Espers who belong to criminal groups. So because it was a battle between people on the dark side, there would obviously be deaths, Frenda wasn't the only one killed in this confrontation. Furthermore, the Railgun spin-off didn't even exist when she was killed. A certain series varies between happy/bittersweet and dark/tragic. Literally the first arc of Index ends tragically, as the protagonist practically "died" at the cost of saving a little girl. And we're not going to mention how Accelerator was traumatized from killing clones so much, the anime didn't even adapt the sick scene of him chewing on their fingers. Out of curiosity, the author is very detailed when describing the death or injury of the characters. It doesn't matter if it's children, scenes like ripping out guts and pulverizing flesh are always mentioned in the novel. And if you read the NT11 and Biohacker... In the case of Railgun, it is a spin-off that in terms of timeline is very late compared to Index, which is the main series. Therefore, their arcs become predictable and have no impact on the overall plot of the series. Furthermore, the protagonist of Railgun is part of the light side, the happy side, Misaka is just a girl who knows almost nothing about the world, she has witnessed the dark side but is not part of it. That's why their arcs end happier. Although some arcs are more bittersweet, like the Level Upper arc in which the characters ended up trapped in false hope, in an illusion that will never be real. Now the series has other spin-offs. Most follow the flow of Railgun as its protagonists are like Misaka, but others end tragically or show dark things as their protagonists belong to the dark side. Out of curiosity, the ITEM group recently got its own spin-off but as the story takes place 1 year before the series, Frenda is still alive. Well, the author is a sadist, he writes foreshadowing jokes in these spin-offs. We have Frenda telling jokes and then saying: "Oops, better not say that around Mugino, she might cut me off if she hears that" lol ☆ Well, we know what will happen 1 year later.
Frenda lowkey selling weapons to Level 0 middle school girl just to get a food 😂

The Frenda death jokes aren't even funny. It's ridiculous that they made her died in a show where most of the sub-stories have a cliche happy ending.
