Just ordered both albums on strength of the performance at Glastonbury...awesome...so talented...I'm 44 and think they are amazing,...now bbc where is the rest of the concert to buy on DVD or blu ray....Iplayer is naff and quality rubbish and only on for so many weeks...
Anyway best by far at Glastonbury...would love to see them live in there own concert soon...

what are those things in their ears? What are they used for?
Those are called In-ear monitors. They use it for listen the song (sometimes studio version and sometimes pre-recorded versions) and don't "lose" the rhythm.

Rocky, that's not exactly right. They listen to a live mix, normally differing from that of what the audience is hearing. The vocalists will be able to hear their own vocals a bit more in their mix(so they can hear themselves and check key, pitch, etc.), the drummers will have a click track, and so forth. It's actually fairly complex.
