    Just diagnosed with polyneuropathy. Was disappointed not to see any actual exercises on here. Maybe change the title for those of us actually looking for exercises.

      @@bitzersporttherapie7331 Many thanks. And yes I’ll report back. I believe my nerve pain etc cause is Dysautonomia and B vitamin deficiency (and others).
      Thanks again for this video and I look forward to trying the exercises.

      I have exercises described here:
      www.bitzertraining.com/
      There will be an english video showing exercises some time in the future I do have some in german though:
      bitzer-sporttherapie.de/uebungen-bei-polyneuropathie/
      It is pretty time consuming making these. I hope this will help you.

    I have severe Small Fiber polyneuropathy idiopathic. Fibromyalgia, and borderline mixed connective tissue autoimmune diseases. Does this help this?

    • @bitzersporttherapie7331
      @bitzersporttherapie7331  ปีที่แล้ว

      Since this is a very complex case I can not really tell, how much you would profit from exercising, so it is something you would have to try and see for yourself. I would definitely try to find out if the polyneuropathy is also caused by an autoimmune disease, since that can sometimes be treated very well.

    Jag kan mycket litet engelska
    Finns instruktionsbok på svenska ?
    Var kan jag få tag på någon instruktionsbok
    Jag är 80 år gammal och har idiopatisk polyneuropati i ben och armar och går utomhus med gåhjälpmedel och inomhus utan hjälpmedel
    Balanssvårigheter

      Tyvärr finns boken bara på engelska och tyska.
      Du kan försöka om du kan läsa den på engelska. Eller så kan du börja med utbildningen i den här videon:

      I don't know exercises for your scalp yet, sorry. But you should keep doing endurance training because that seems to have at leasz a small positive effect.

    Im sure you deal with prediabetic patients. Question can swimming And biking reverse polyneuropathy of course along with HBAC1 back to healthy person levels?
    Im 34 And I couldnt imagine not running smoothly or playing football again ...
    Prediabetic with 5.9 HBAC1.

      @bitzersporttherapie7331  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Your chances of improvement are better with diabetic polyneuropathy than with other forms. If your hba1c is that low and you already have pnp, you probably have something else going on that is effecting your nervous system. You should definitely talk to a specialist about this. If you want more information I can offer you a video call. Just write me an email to Bitzer-Sporttherapie@gmail.com

      @@aqsahameed7027 exercises could probably slow down the sickness. I don't think exercise alone can fully recover you. But it can be one helpful thing. I have never seen a case of balance exercise making scoliosis worse, so i think you can safely try them. You should probably not lift heavy weight, but light balance exercise should be ok.

    The title does not match the content, this is a sales video.

    • @bitzersporttherapie7331
      @bitzersporttherapie7331  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry you do not like the video, but I disagree. The video contains information about exercise for polyneuropathy that i had to find out about reading in scientific research and during my own work. I don't think there are a lot of places to find that information elsewhere. Or did you know that balance exercise is what is the most effective for polyneuropathy? Yes I mention my book and hope people will buy it, but if you don't, you can google balance exercises after watching the video and you will get them for free. I also demonstrate free exercises in different videos (in german though).

      @@bitzersporttherapie7331 Thank you for answering and for your further information! I I do of course acknowledge both your work searching out answers, and that you need to earn a living. That is honest and respectable. But the head line said that you would like show us how to exercise when suffering from PN. Far too many videos do the same (no blaming you for that, it seems to be the way of the internet). Suffering from PN myself, it is likely that I would need to read the book, but i most of all need to see how the exercises are performed - to see if it is possible to do the exercises you recomand in my state, as PN comes in so many forms, and we are in different stages, (not one size fit all in PN, as you most certainly know). I do read German, so I will try to look up your videos on yt. Thank you for the tip, and thank you again for your information. All good to you and your work, it is not done by many when it comes to PN!
