A bit thankful that Mitsubishi removed the rear fog light because many Filipinos sadly don't know how to properly use it. It's supposed to be a safety feature, but if used wrong, it becomes a hazard.

Already like the Expander since the release, this new look is perfect as I fancy the even more angled aesthetics, specially that interior. I'd go for a manual, don't want that electronic hand brake, better to keep it simple as possible.

pero i sat on a friend's xpander kagabi and i was impressed w the space. nowadays we dont really need much speed anymore. traffic with the city, if ever maluwag may mga tricycles and now bikes and those personal ebikes scattered around the road. pag dating naman ng hway 100, 120 medyo mabilis na ang takbo mo e. driving speeds sa nlex and slex is about 80ish to 90. get to 100, and youre faster than everyone na agad.
Comparo: new Avanza vs new Xpander (vs new BRV once it is released in the Phils., perhaps?) In a previous comparo of older models, Sir Caco chose the Xpander over the Rush and BRV.
I know this is going to be a mall crawler for some people but I wish they could have added a bit power to it. Although, Mitsubishi has been consistent with the look. The vehicle looks real nice and aggressive.

hindi po ba masyadong mataas, pangarap ko hehehehe naka-sub-compact M/T po ako for almost 7 years na. Ngayon naman e, gusto ko na ng Xpander A/T dahil akma ito as family car. Stroller palang ng baby namin, ang sikip na, then may bitbit pa na baby bag, toys, etc. na hindi pwedeng mawala every time we go out malayo o malapit na biyahe hehehe. I believe Xpander will resolve my concern. Salamat penge po sticker.
I'm happy that I got my Xpander Cross, everything that's here is already on the Cross well except the mas pinapogi facelift. But still, staring at my cross, I am do not regret a thing. 🙂

What I don’t understand about this vehicle is that inspite of its “longer and larger size” compared to the previous generation, the legroom, cargo and inside dimension has not changed as what Caco said…
It's only cosmetics exterior. They had to elongate the bumper to house new headlights, same thing in the back they change the back door shape with longer bumper.
I'm with Caco Nung sinabi niya,.A less (minimalist) piano black plastic interior is alrdy a good thing too since it alrdy adds,,..A touch of class onto the car Since a the BIG DOWNER 👎 Is when,.You can see alot of piano black plastics on the car which is obviously prone to scratching,,..Which can also destroy your car's looks But,.When! It's only a few specially in the cabin your car's looks won't be compromised and the cabin will still look good 👍
Comparo- Xpander 2022 vs current Xpander Cross please. Still deciding whether to wait for this or just get the current Xpander cross. Not sure when or if they will be releasing the "facelifted" Xpander cross here..

@@raeaigileromares3635 Ohh I see, it's better with Veloz because u got a bunch of technologies and features than Avanza, and the price of top trim of Veloz still cheaper Xpander top trim (In here, as known as Xpander Ultimate for top trim) that's why in Indonesia, commonly they go with Veloz than Avanza
That's what I'm saying. For this engine size which is on the smaller side, they should have give the consumer a stick shift option for the higher trims.

Interesting, do Mitsubishi Xpander have other fitures like 365 rear cameras, automatic brakes and the sensors..

I've only driven in Cebu and Negros, but I have NEVER driven on a stretch of road that would made cruise control possible.

Ive noticed autodeal is always ignoring avanza in their reviews. Especially in mpv segments
i prefer Automatic than cvt. best decision they did not use cvt.
Mas mura ng 300k kesa sa Okavango. But I still prefer the Oka.
Mitsubishi expander outsold both toyota avanza and rush, and it will continue to do so with this new facelift expander.
Very comprehensive update except that the old transmission is retained. They could have improved on it to make it more efficient at highway speeds.
