Both of my first bikes (bmx and mtb) were GT's I've always had a sweet spot for the GT look, they hit a homerun again, idk ish about how it rides but just looking at it you expect great things. Hope they have it super dialed 😂
That would be cool to build up with drop bars as a gravel bike, just monster truck over the roads with ultimate comfort. The cable routing for the number plate would also allow a nice setup for a handlebar bag for snacks.
@@LaurentiusTriarius haha why not both? Seriously tho, I used to race XC on my Santa Cruz Bullit. 7" of travel, I used to absolutely smash the fire roads on XC tires. Where I live here in BC, gravel roads are all pretty rough. I did buy a shorter travel 5" front, 3" rear XC bike when I made it to Elite, but it wasn't nearly as much fun.
They new GT logos are awful they used to be some the coolest I lived my GTs had a few and started with the B X performer pro back in the 90s think it was the longest bmx of the time
It's coming as part of our Downhill group review which we just wrapped up this past weekend. Should be out in a couple weeks after its off the editing table.
One step backward to the old model imo is the now internal cable routing, the old one was external and was PERFECTION.
Bike seems phenomenal. I miss the yellow GT

I am so buying this :) but the PRO model. My good God! Downhill is not dying out at all! This is sick!
That’s a good looking design.
Yeah and it’s been performing well too! Can’t wait to ride ours. We just got a frame set in.
Always been a big gt fan. That being said the logo is awful.

I don't know if you're a real Fred or if this is just dicking around.
Tbh you got me thinking about a DH bike with 2.20 semi slick tires. 💀🤯
Brb tell my wife n kids I loved them if I don't come back.

Looks fast standing still. Unleash the fury 😂
Haha. Such a good movie!
Have one on the way. Partly thanks to here and the 2 design dudes. Certain it will be faster than my 2016 Aurum haha.
if it's good enough for the viking it's good enough for me
3 years warranty? That’s the shortest one I know.
Commencal has them beat with only 2 years on the Supreme...

I know this isnt a question about the bike itself, but id really like to know which design programms they used to create it.
Awesome bike lovit and i wished i had it but in enduro🤟🤟🤟🤙🤙🤙

Where is the review of this bike? I've been waiting for 8 months now.

And in a sad sign of the times, they released the Fury racers..
It certainly is a bummer!
They need to bring back the old logo. I literally wouldn't buy the bike because of it.
This is only used for one year as an anniversary retro throwback and it’ll go back.
@@TheLoamWolf oh ok good. Thanks
Painting on this frame looks ugly asfck.. GT deserves something more fancy that gonna make it looking fffaaaaasssssstttttt🤙😎
