I've always believed Moa might be gay and your wording at 4:05 pretty much agrees with me
In my opinion/observation, Moa isn't "gay" per se. She's what they call "Single-Target Sexuality" in that she doesn't really care what sex or gender the one she loves is. That target of course being Suzuka. While there are rumors of Su having a boyfriend, I wouldn't be surprised to learn she's asexual -- married to her job. So she indulges Moa.
