I never eat champorado with tuyo or fish. so they don't have to eat champorado with the fish. Why don't you just let them eat the champorado by itself.
You don't eat champorado by dipping dried fish into it and then bite a big part of the fish. That makes champorado just a sauce for dipping. The main food is champorado, and dried fish if included is optional, so the seller should have asked this first. When champorado is so sweet, you eat a pinch of "tuyo" to balance the taste. To some people, salted fish makes the rice and chocolate mixture of the sweet champorado taste better. I'm disappointed with Eric because he wasn't able to teach his visitors the proper way of eating champorado with tuyo. I don't want them to think that Filipinos are weird when it comes to eating, and we love yucky food. I just don't want them to look down at Filipinos.
Dapat po Hindi pina lagyan ng tuyo yung Champorado kahit ako ngarin po Hindi ko rin gusto yung Champorado na may tuyo pero kumakain ako ng Champorado kasi Bawat Tao mag kakaiba naman Talaga ng Panlasa diba Pero kung Champorado lang yun sa tingin kakainin nila yun ng Russian family nyo po pero Ganun paman hanga parin ako kasi naging Totoo lang talaga sila kapag Gusto nila ang isang pagkain sa sabihan nila yung Totoo Hindi nag kukonwari na nasasarapan
