Google and TH-cam management must stop the rubbish where non-native English videos would use English tags to rank on TH-cam. I have no problem if a video is for non-English viewers, but it is absurd to English in your content tags when it is for non-English viewers. Because you are tricking English viewers to watch your videos, which is very unethical. At best, if you must use English for your content tag, instruct that your video is in non-English.

Fair point, since last one year or so I started mentioning the language both in my Video Titles and in Thumbnails so that the viewers could see. Sorry you got tricked...
