How about Black Jack for the bottle calf. 75 lb, healthy boy with a good appetite that's just awesome. You always go above & beyond for your animals❤👍 Take Care and God Bless.
My Uncle had a cow with giant mastitis like that cow and the remedy for her was a mix of antibiotics and milking her out repeatedly over several weeks. The cow was out of his beef cattle and had never been milked before. He had a milking station that had tie downs on all 4 corners. A little more hassle but helped the cow and she got to keep her calf. He also kept a nurse cow (Guernsey) that would take any orphaned calf. He had up to 4 calves on her at any given time. The rest of the time she was the family milk cow. He had her for over 30 years.
Your children are adorable. I enjoy seeing them so much. Good looking bottle baby. Poor moma, that’s looks so angry. Calves look wonderful, and moms look content. Great video as always.
I would either name the calf deuces or Gilbert. Your father in law is smiling down on you for running the ranch so well. Good job Mike and Erin. Beautiful family.
Nice looking calf! Looks like he had the proper welcome from the welcoming committee! Congrats to Lincoln on the birth of his calf - how fun! Could name him BC.
Nicky, after Nicole Larson from Larson Farm TH-cam fame. Nicole is suffering from cancer and needs a lift up. Let's name this bottle calf after her to encourage her in her fight against this disease. Pray for Nicole, please.
#22 is a beautiful bottle calf. I thought she was sold last year so sorry she slipped through the the crack again. Hasn’t she done that 3 times now. 1st again, unbelievable. I like the name Midnight.
It's REALLY GOOD to see you spend time talking to your children and spending that one on one time with them. It really does make good adults when Dads spend time with their children. God Bless
Hello. I would like to suggest Toby. Oh dear Momma cow. 😥 I hope he does well. The calves are sweet. Yay, he is drinking right away. You are so gentle with the animals. 🙌🙌🙌🙏☝️ Be blessed.
Name him Wilber and get him a clever spider before the fair. The 30 in 30 is a great idea especially during calving time. Keep up the good work. Hope your Gator gets well soon, maybe the local JD dealer can help and get some good exposure on your channel since your such a loyal John Deere customer. I’m to far away to offer to help fix yours.
My vote for the bottle calf’s name is Titan!!! He will need to be tough to make it through the early days. I really hope the Gator can get fixed....I just love watching you put all three kids in with you to tour the herd. Snow storm still coming your way? Mike thanks for the 30 in 30!!!
Midnight..adorable calf. Your poor back. Wish your gator was fixed. I watch Sandi in Canada with a sheep farm and watch lambs then come here to watch calves. Life doesn’t get any better💕💕
Sandi in Canada is amazing. I love my farm channels from those that have hundreds of thousands of subs to that have 20,000. Those are the ones I've been watching for the last couple of years and I never thought I would watch somebody put a big bud tractor back together LOL
that why you keep a couple of jersey cows to claves a month or so ahead of beef cows just in case you need to froster a calf we do it all the time also the milk is great to drink
That's a bummer. That's one of the best looking calves so far this year. Loving the 30 in 30 this year. The videos are really polished and a little less run and gun. Can't wait for the live stream.
@@robynmorris2408 you are right she needs to go on the truck now or the same mistake will be made again, she will be out in the pasture the bulls will be let loose she gets pregnant, she hangs around , pd+, stays around calves again next year.
Hi, my name for bottle baby is "Ranger" in honor of all the brave Forest Rangers who have fought almost a year in 2020 to put fires out our county I'm so relieved the calving season is warmer than last years terrible deep freezing snow storms.
I am a subscriber and enjoy your videos. Love that your kids are so involved in there Wyoming ranch life. I think #22 looks like a little bear cub, so bear or teddy sounds good. Keep up the great work you both are doing and God Bless your family.
I like Double Deuce. Coffee Bean would be another good name, since he’s growing right alongside Cocoa Bean, you may need a lot of coffee for those 5 am bottle feedings, and he’s the color of coffee.
Always fun having a bottle calf as long as there aren’t to many. I like the name Toby, it just popped in my mind. Thank you Mike for bringing us along on 30/30.
My wife was so taken by the bucket calf. We used to ranch but had to leave. She would like to submit the name ‘Stormy’ in recognition of our last bottle calf!
I like the names Elvis (for the King), Tooey or Dooey (for his number), Rocky (for his birthweight), and Catch (like the book Catch-22, mentioned by others :-)
Thanks to work and a now 3 day migraine I'm late at viewing this vlog. For what it's worth my immediate thought for a name was Double Deuces, DD for short, or as others have said Deuces. In fact, one of your other subscribers also vlogs and signs off with "Deuces" at the end of every vlog. It all seems so perfect and fitting.
Way to go Mike! I enjoy this issue, kids care crew meets bottle fed calf. How about "copper top", I drive trk 022 and its copper in color. That's my vote. Way to go Lincoln your herds build you kids are so lucky! Give cocobean a pet for me it's been a really long day, and why I changed phone companys. It's really chill to watch your family grow. Someday I'll viste . I dintvgetbup around your neck of the woods often, but I will,...Steveb, Boise,ID
hi mike ,,call ur bottle calf ,,,paddy,,,good irish name ,,its short name for patrick,,,we love our angus breed too over here ,,keep ur country,,,,love ur videos,,,,
The last calf I bottle fed the replacer I was feeding him was 80 bucks for 25 lbs, I looked everywhere for a 50 lb bag and not one feed store carries it lol he costed a lot more than what we got out of him. But it was a great experience and I learned a lot from raising him. My family is a line of ranchers but they lived in north Texas so I didn’t get to learn from them about bottle feeding babies as I live in south Texas lol Love you videos! God bless y’all
Name this one HAPPY because one has to be named HAPPY. Lol. And he's HAPPY Mike found him!!! And is going to feed him!lolol. And He's HAPPY that Mom is being cared for too!
Is it possible to see if another cow with a calf, would allow #22 to feed off her? Like the calf #18 and her mom, putting #22 in the pen with them? See what happens after a few hours??
How about Winchester since it’s a 22.
Nice!
I love that name for him & his number fits... to cute
I was thinking Caliber......22 Caliber.
Ruger. Any of those 22 names
Name the calf "Gilbert in memory of Gilbert, he would be so proud of you Mike for your great love of the ranch
Oooh then one day they would be eating it.
16:30. I keep saying McKenzie is going to be running the ranch down the road.
I agree...she is one smart lil rancher already.. 🐄👍🐄
Ohh, the family drama in the barn!! You are doing a great job, Mike! Your kids are really wonderful!
My 3 sons say the bottle calf should be named either Jackson (their favorite town in Wyoming) or Casper (where I was born)!
How about Black Jack for the bottle calf. 75 lb, healthy boy with a good appetite that's just awesome. You always go above & beyond for your animals❤👍 Take Care and God Bless.
"Catch 22!" :)

Name for bottle calf could be Goober, the Southern name for peanut, since he and Peanut are brothers.
I like that one
Never knew that meant peanut!!
#22 " Double Deuce "
Time to do some parenting! That made me laugh out loud. Love that.
Gilbert would be a great name in recognition of the man who gave you all this great knowledge
Your children are adorable. I enjoy seeing them so much. Good looking bottle baby. Poor moma, that’s looks so angry. Calves look wonderful, and moms look content. Great video as always.
Thanks so much

Wooly Bully. Now you got me humming that song......
3:46 Listen up city folk, lol, that is years of back breaking hard work looks like. I almost grimaced in pain just watching. I know that feeling.
Nice looking calf! Looks like he had the proper welcome from the welcoming committee! Congrats to Lincoln on the birth of his calf - how fun! Could name him BC.
Or LC short for Lincoln's calf.
Number 22 is not the only one that needs a nap. This 30 n 30 is wonderful. We love you take care of yourself. B
Nicky, after Nicole Larson from Larson Farm TH-cam fame. Nicole is suffering from cancer and needs a lift up. Let's name this bottle calf after her to encourage her in her fight against this disease. Pray for Nicole, please.
Love this idea!!!
Will Pray
I will be a proud supporter for this. I subscribe to both of channels! Maybe, since it's a boy, Larson? Same idea.
@@Mike45-47Q I thought of that but since Nicky is the boy spelling I thought it would be a fair semblance. 🤔
@@donnakytle6595 Thank you for praying for Nicole. I am sure her family would appreciate it very much.
Ralph is a good name

Mike , have you ever been able to get another mother to nurse a foster calf?
I like the name “Deuces” for #22.

They know bad weather is coming!
I think the calf should be called Buddy.
Lincoln, 🤠you were so cool on the 4-wheeler! Big lil' rancher, you got yourself another 🐮calf.
Good Evening to Our Wyoming Life and all others too.
I feel bad for #22. Mastitis hurts! I hope she feels better soon.
Poor momma cow hope she might get better was great to see the kids and Lincoln driving with u on the 4 wheeler
Name #22 , Buddy. I know someone has previously suggested Buddy, I agree.
He is precious. I think Jackson is a nice name.
Hello.
I would like to suggest Toby.
Oh dear Momma cow. 😥 I hope he does well. The calves are sweet. Yay, he is drinking right away. You are so gentle with the animals. 🙌🙌🙌🙏☝️ Be blessed.
Great suggestion! Thank you
I suggested Tobe to he looks like a Toby
@@OurWyomingLife your welcome.
Awww, that calf is so adorable☺☺☺❤❤❤
Hello! I liked the previously suggested name of "Bullet" for little #22. I'm enjoying the 30 in 30 immensely. Thanks.
Tommy
Call the calf 'Steamboat' after the bucking horse on Wyoming's license plates.
Seems like "Catch 22" would be appropriate. It's always something.
I did some house sitting yesterday and I subscribed to your channel for him because I know he will thank me for it when he returns.
I vote for Gilbert.
Greetings from Vermont.
Charlie! He got the golden ticket .

Number 18 didn't want to leave because you and your family was its Mom as far as it was concerned. I was amazed how the cow knew #18 was its calf.
How about Licorice Video was great looking forward to the next one Should be a snowy one
It will be.. Warming up now
Tonka seems like a good name...he has to go through some tough stuff... ~~~waving~~~ from Ontario, Canada...I watch you every day! :)
I’ve always wanted to name one Cadillac but that was just my younger self’s sense of humor.
Good Stuff " Maynard", lol.
18 is a squater :)
#18 is named itself... , Fencel
that why you keep a couple of jersey cows to claves a month or so ahead of beef cows just in case you need to froster a calf we do it all the time also the milk is great to drink
There is a book and movie called catch-22. named the calf "Catch".
That's a bummer. That's one of the best looking calves so far this year. Loving the 30 in 30 this year. The videos are really polished and a little less run and gun. Can't wait for the live stream.

Oh I like that name 👍
Wyoming is a perfect name for the bottle baby.
I like Black Jack also, BJ for short.👍
I like Scott's suggestion "Winchester"
Deuces 👍🏻
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
He looks like a “Crush”. We named one of our steers that name.
Your a good dad Mike for taking Lincoln out to see the babies. I’ll go with Midnight
Lincoln is quate it is nice to look at this world in a child's vew.
Could you put the new bull on the Bambi since she lost her baby?
That's what I was wondering too! I wonder how long after they "deliver" are they still viable for nursing?
Good question, will Bambi be able to take him or is her milk dried up now.
My thoughts exactly! I wonder why you don't just keep his mama. She gives you a terrific calf each year.
You can’t Bambi won’t have any milk because she lost her unborn calf
I like Tag-a-long for the calf name. Such a cute calf.
Call 22 Buddy as you called him that earlier in this video :-)
I like The name of Jasper for the calf!! I enjoy watching y’all and the kids are great 😂😂
I remember her last year..that looks so miserable..poor mom..😕
She had missed the “truck” for two years. Having an udder like that is life threatening and extremely painful.

I agree with Scott Friesen...How about Winchester since it’s a 22.
Hubby said his name should be Double Deuce. I say Midnight
Pammie defo midnight
Midnight!!
Howdy Mike, a couple of names come to mind for the bull calf #22: The "Fridge" or perhaps "Robbie Ribeye". Have A Day! ;~)
Time to sell that cow, Mike. She's not getting better.
"T-Bone" is a good name .
I was thinking Max but I also like the suggestion of naming him Winchester.
